(AllHipHop News) This week, Azealia Banks found a new target for her IG fingers. The rapper/actress had time to respond to Joe Budden and Charlamagne Tha God’s year-end review of Nicki Minaj.
Budden and Charlamagne placed Nicki on their “trash” list for 2017. Banks, who recently became an unofficial Minaj defender, addressed the two pundits in a series of Instagram Story posts.
AB claimed Budden is still traumatized from not getting a Jay-Z verse and that the Slaughterhouse member needed Love & Hip Hop to restart his rap career. The Slay-Z project creator went on to bash men in Hip Hop for supposedly instigating beef among female rappers while she also took shots at Remy Ma and Cardi B.
Joe Budden followers got wind of Azealia’s hot takes, and they flooded one of her IG photos with negative comments. Some users repeatedly added an “L” under the picture.
The “Budden Hive” may be a new impactful online fan base, à la Chris Brown’s Team Breezy, Beyoncé’s BeyHive and Nicki Minaj’s Barbz. Ever since the New Jersey native left Everyday Struggle, the Complex show has seen an influx of thumbs down reactions on YouTube. The most recent episode has over 10,000 dislikes to just 900 likes.
