According to TMZ, Hurley has agreed to pay Kanye and Kim $440,000 for breaking a signed confidentiality agreement. This comes after several legal fights including the Wests asking a judge to order Hurley to pay their lawyer fees for delaying the case.

After helping to establish YouTube, Hurley went on to start MixBit. The video sharing site was in the middle of the controversy since it originally hosted the leaked engagement video. Hurley reportedly has to pay the $440K in the coming days. He is reportedly worth around $400 million.
