(AllHipHop News) It will be sometime before rapper Kodak black is allowed back to South Carolina. The rapper has been banned from the state of South Carolina as his sexual assault trial winds through the court system.
The rapper was booked and released from a jail in Florence on December 1.
The 19-year-old rapper, born Dieuson Octave, is accused of sexual battery in an incident that occurred in February at a local hotel.
The rapper must remain on house arrest in his homestate of Florida and is completely banned from South Carolina, where he faces serious charges.
Kodak Black could be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison if he is found guilty of the charges, which he adamantly denied through a statement issued by his lawyers.
