(AllHipHop News) A toxicology report has revealed Lil Peep died from a powerful combination of drugs.
According to the Pima County Medical Examiner, Fentanyl and a generic version of Xanax were found in the 21-year-old’s body.
Lil Peep, born Gustav Åhr, was found dead on his tour bus in Tucson, Arizona, on November 15th.
Documents obtained by TMZ.com show a “combined toxic effects of Fentanyl and Alprazolam” caused Lil Peep’s death.
Heroin is frequently cut with Fentanyl, while Alprazolam is a knock-off of the Xanax brand.
So far, Lil Peep’s death has been ruled an accident, however, police are reportedly investigating how he obtained the drugs.
