Lonzo Ball Denies Dissing The Los Angeles Lakers On His Song “Last Days”

The Big Baller Music Group recording artist sets the record straight.

(AllHipHop News) Lonzo Ball is best known as the rising basketball player selected with the second overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft. He is also an aspiring rapper who released the Born 2 Ball album in 2018.

Zo has now dropped a new 3-track collection with Young Lando titled 50&30. One song on that project has gained a lot of attention in both the Hip Hop and sports media.

“Last Days” opens with the lines: “You know I’m all about business. LA is going to regret their decision.” This summer, the point guard was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to the New Orleans Pelicans in a package deal for six-time All-Star Anthony Davis.

Those lyrics from “Last Days” quickly led to headlines reporting that Lonzo Ball was disrespecting his former team. However, the 21-year-old Ball in the Family reality show cast member tweeted that he was not taking shots at the Lakers.

“I’m not dissing anybody I loved my time in LA. I use my music as an outlet to express things that happen in my life #50and30 out now! Let me know y’all favorite track,” posted Zo on the social media platform.
