(AllHipHop News) Metro Boomin went on a mini Twitter rant about rappers trying to put out 5 mixtapes in a year like his frequent collaborator Future. Twitter users began to assume the Atlanta-based producer’s tweets were an indirect message about Young Thug. Even Thugger called out Metro to make it clear who he was talking about.

The “Constantly Hating” performer later retweeted a tweet that read “RIP Metro Thuggin” which is the name of Metro Boomin and Young Thug’s joint project. Metro then returned to the social media platform to let his followers know Thug was not the intended target of his tweets.
