No charges will be filed against The Dallas Mavericks’ owner Mark Cuban, who was involved in a war of words with The Denver Nuggets’ Kenyon Martin and his mother.

The NBA investigated the incident, which was triggered by The Nuggets’ Game 3 win on Saturday, when Carmelo Anthony sank a buzzer-beating 3 pointer with a second left, that was later ruled a mistake.

After the shot, Dallas’ forward Josh Howard had to be restrained, while Cuban shouted at Martin’s mother and referred to the Nuggets and her son as “thugs.”

Additionally, Cuban’s antics drove the crowd to hurl racial slurs at Anthony’s girlfriend LaLa Vazquez, Martin’s mother and Martin’s girlfriend, rapper Trina.

In an exclusive statement to AllHipHop.com, Trina expressed her disappointment at fans behavior in Dallas during Game 4.

“It’s unfortunate that people can get so out of control and not realize it’s just a game,” Trina told AllHipHop.com. “We were there to enjoy the playoffs and have a great time. There was absolutely no need for the fans to be so cruel and rude! I was very disappointed because I was at the Saturday game as well and had a fabulous time without all the drama!”

Cuban has apologized for his statements, although he further incited fans by making an offer to Martin’s family to sit with him in his private suite during dinner “when the series returns to Dallas.”

Cuban was not present during Game 5, which took place in Denver, because he was receiving a lifetime achievement award in Las Vegas.

Trina, who was court side to support Martin, also expressed interest in putting the incident in Dallas behind her and enjoying the game.

“I just want to put all this behind us…and finish up my new album Amazin,” Trina said, revealing that her new album is pegged for a September 22 release.

The Denver Nuggets defeated The Dallas Mavericks in Game 5, 124-110, to take the series 4-1. It is the first time The Nuggets have advanced to the Western Confernce Finals in 24 years.
