Pete Davidson Baby News Gets Funny Response From MGK

Pete Davidson didn’t make the baby announcement himself, but his longtime friend Machine Gun Kelly made sure to chime in with a reaction that’s already turning heads on social media after the comedian’s girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, went public with her pregnancy.

Davidson’s partner, Elsie Hewitt, confirmed they’re expecting their first baby together via an Instagram post. Alongside an ultrasound clip and a photo series of the couple, she wrote, “Welp now everyone knows we had sex.”

MGK, real name Colson Baker, had a playful response in the comments: “These playdates bout to hittttt (sic).”

Davidson and Hewitt, 31 and 29 respectively, have been dating since March and reportedly began living together two months after going public with their romance.

Davidson has openly spoken about becoming a parent in past interviews.

During a 2022 appearance on Kevin Hart’s talk show “Hart to Heart,” he said, “My favorite thing ever, which I’m yet to achieve, is I wanna have a kid. It’s super corny, but it would be so fun to dress up a little dude. I’m so excited for that chapter, so that’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is trying to be like good as a dude and develop and get better, so when that happens, it’s just easier.”

As for Machine Gun Kelly, he and actress Megan Fox welcomed their first child together in March. The rapper also has a teenage daughter from a previous relationship.

The couple has not yet revealed the due date more specifically than simply “winter,” but as of July 17, the news is confirmed.
