Puffy will not be charged in the UCLA assault case he caught back in June, TMZ reports.

The hip-hop mogul allegedly had a violent confrontation with UCLA strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi on campus while confronting him for sending his son, Justin, home from practice. Puff allegedly swung a kettle bell at Alosi. He was arrested on charges of battery, making terrorist threats and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

Mr. Combs will appear in court on Oct. 15th with his lawyer, Mark Geragos, and others involved in the encounter. At the hearing, the L.A City Attorney could issue him a warning about his temper or mandate him to attend anger management classes.
