EXCLUSIVE: Rapper Says Rick Ross Stole His Beat And Now He Wants A 360 Deal

A rapper who claims he was jerked by Rick Ross says he wants relief in the form of cash and a 360 deal.

(AllHipHop News) Rick Ross is being dragged into court by a guy who claims the rap star ripped him off and stole one of his beats.

Ronald Satish Emrit, aka Go Go Satish and Satish Da Beast, filed a $250,000 lawsuit against Rick Ross, born William Leonard Roberts II.

Go Go Satish says he’s handicapped due to schizophrenia and works part-time in Sarasota, Florida.

His lawsuit claims Rick Ross’ song “Billionaire” from his album Trilla is nothing more than a copy of his song “Dilemma.”

According to Emrit, he released a record called Welcome to Atlantis on a tiny record label named Ditto Music out of the U.K.

Go Go Satish says he was stunned when his brother-in-law told him that the world-famous rap star had appropriated one of his beats.

When he “Shazamed”.Rick Ross’s “Billionaire,” he too was taken aback by the similarities of the songs.

Go Go Satish is suing Rick Ross, Island Def Jam Group, Universal Music Group and the Estate Of Shakir Stewart for copyright infringement, conversion, and tortious interference,

In addition to the $250,000, Go Go Satish is asking a judge to order a ruling forcing Island Def Jam Group or Universal to signs him to a “360 deal.”

Go Go Satish may have some problems proving his point. He released his album Welcome to Atlantis in 2013, while Rozay’s album Trilla with “Billionaire” came out in 2008.
