(AllHipHop News) One year ago, Remy Ma dropped the scathing Nicki Minaj diss record “Shether” which set the Hip Hop community on fire. A year later, Remy is seeking unity among her fellow women in Hip Hop.

“There’s strength in numbers. So If I’m doing good, and this girl here is doing good, people will take it more seriously,” expressed the “Melanin Magic” rapper to Variety. “We all bring something different to the table, and once people realize that, stop fighting each other, work together and help build each other up, we’ll grow even more.”

Remy Ma is putting that suggestion of female solidarity into practice. The Bronx native is joining Trina, Eve, MC Lyte, Rah Digga, and others for the Queens Of Hip-Hop event in Atlanta. She also recently collaborated with Lil Kim for the “Wake Me Up” record.
