(AllHipHop News) Atlanta rapper Rick Ross is facing a lawsuit, for allegedly backing out of a concert and refusing to return the money he was advanced.
According to a lawsuit filed by Washington County Family Entertainment, Rick Ross was hired for a concert at the Wild Things Park in Washington, Pennsylvania earlier this year.
The rapper, who was paid $150,000 upfront, had to back out of the concert over family and health issues.
TMZ.com claims the rapper has refunded less than half of the money.
As for Rick Ross his part, his booking agency has replied and said they only received a $40,000 advance, not $150,000.
Either way, Washington County Family Entertainment is suing for the $87,500 he claims is owed, in addition to legal expenses.
