Carlos "South Park Mexican" Coy, who
was sentenced to 45 years in prison for molesting a girl, has been hit with
a lawsuit by relatives who are seeking damages. According to sources, the multi-million
dollar lawsuit was filed anonymously on Wednesday on behalf of the child.
The victims father, who was a close friend of
Coy’s told the rapper he had first felt sorry for everyone involved, but changed
his sentiments toward Coy when he showed no remorse for his actions.
Coy’s defense lawyer, Chip Lewis claims the girls
family is motivated by money saying that "they will try to get any royalties
or whatever they can get their hands on."
Coy has four other charges of aggravated sexual
assault of a child pending. He must serve 22 years before he is eligible for
parole.
