According to Hitsdailydouble, Priority Records
co-founder Mark Cerami has launched a new label, M.S.C. Music & Entertainment.
The new label is said to follow the Priority model, with rap music as the initial
focus. Seven acts have been signed, including Kansas City’s TECHN9NE,
who will be M.S.C.’s first release. TECHN9NE’s Absolute Power is
scheduled for a Sept. 10 release.
The label is based in Hollywood and is currently
in the negotiation stage with three major label’s to handle distribution.
