Tekashi 6ix9ine Assault Case For Beating Up A Child Tossed

The Brooklyn rapper just scored a minor victory in an assault case in Texas.

(AllHipHop News) Jailed rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has one less legal headache – a mall attack case in Texas has been dismissed.

The hitmaker, who is behind bars for gang involvement and racketeering ahead of a hearing next month was accused of choking Santiago Albarran, but now the plaintiff has made it clear he no longer wants to press charges.

Texas authorities are also keen to dismiss the matter after ruling that moving Tekashi to the state for a hearing would present a “security risk” as he has testified against fellow gang members.

One gang boss associated with the jailed rapper was recently sentenced to serve over 11 years behind bars after pleading guilty to racketeering and narcotics charge.

In October, fellow gang members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack were convicted of racketeering following testimony Tekashi gave against them in a bid to reduce his own jail time.

Ellison was also found guilty of kidnapping the rapper.

Tekashi69 was facing up to 47 years behind bars for his gang involvement, but that sentence is expected to be drastically reduced at a hearing in December – and the rap star could be out of jail next year, thanks to his testimony.

Meanwhile, the rapper has scored a massive new record deal from jail. Sources close to the incarcerated rapper say his former label offered him a $10 million deal to release his post-prison material exclusively with them.
