(AllHipHop News) Three new people have accused Usher of giving them a sexually-transmitted disease (STD), weeks after he was sued for allegedly infecting a woman with herpes.
The first plaintiff, a female only named in court papers as Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit last month claiming she caught the infection following a reported fling with the R&B superstar.
She recently tested positive for herpes, prompting her to double her original $10 million demand for punitive damages to $20 million, while she is seeking another $20 million for emotional harm and medical bills.
Usher’s representatives have not commented on that legal action, but now he is facing further claims from two women and one man.
The trio is being represented by celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom, who plans to file suit in a California court on Monday, when she will also hold a press conference to discuss the case.
Only one of the ladies will appear alongside Bloom at the event, set to take place in New York, as the other two clients want to remain anonymous, according to TMZ.com.
Bloom alleges all three had sexual contact with Usher after 2012 and were not warned about his sexual health before their encounters.
The “Yeah!” hitmaker’s publicists have yet to address the latest accusations.
Usher, 38, has been married to his manager Grace Miguel since 2015.
They began dating shortly after the singer split from his first wife, Tameka Foster, the mother of his two sons, eight-year-old Naviyd and nine-year-old Usher Raymond V.
