Hip-Hop Rumors: Is This Text Convo With 50 Cent And Son Real?

How would the media get ahold of such a personal text message exchange between 50 Cent and his son, Marquise? This whole situation with domestic violence and whatever is getting stranger and stranger by the moment. Basically, there is no “love child,” it seems. It appears that ll these matters are with 50 Cent’s real son, which seems to be obliterating the notion that he’s got another one of the way. But, stranger still is that 50 Cent and his son went back and forth on text in a way that….father and son probably should not. I think somebody needs to “pick up a phone” and call. But, according to RadarOnline, this is a real exchange between 50 Cent and his son in the weeks before the allegations of domestic violence against a woman that IS NOT Marquise’s mother. Very strange. I guess, Marquise or his mom sent this to RadarOnline, because 50 Cent wouldn’t. 50 is raw if this is real. Raw like sushi. Hopefully things get patched up.

Here is a transcript of the unfiltered and raw exchange:

50 Cent: Hey I’m outside the house at the front door.

50 Cent: I came to the front door then lights went off. What’s up?

Marquise: U lying u outside?

Marquise: Lol.

Marquise: Lol u fronting.

Marquise: So come thru then

50 Cent: F*ck you

50 Cent: You are bigger enough to know better so f*ck you stop texting me

Marquise: Ight

50 Cent: Tell your mother she won. She has you and ill make another. I will have nothing to do with you. Don’t text me ever again.

Marquise: U keep texting me lol

50 Cent: It’s cool I will never go out of my way again. You disrespectful little mother f*cker.

Marquise: Lol u never do I don’t know not that doesn’t even call there son for his birthday

Marquise: Or get him a gift for his b-day or for Christmas.

50 Cent: You are your mothers son. I don’t have a son anymore.

50 Cent: F*ck you all you want is a gift. Like your mother and your ungrateful sister.

50 Cent: Delete my number.

50 Cent: You never call what the f*ck I’m suppose to call you to give you something sorry

In the interview, Gibbs reiterates past gripes with Jeezy (messing with his money) but revealed that Jeezy deceived him on his label situation:

Jeezy out his mouth told me that I had a deal with Epic and I was ready to go full throttle with this sh*t, but that wasn’t the case. He lied. He made me look stupid.

As of today, Jeezy has yet to respond to any of Gibbs’ slanderous claims.

Hip-Hop Rumors: Essence Music Festival Awards

YOOOOOOOOOOO!

How crazy is this? The dude LL went bonkers at the Essence Fest and brought out some real Hip-Hop on the stage out there. He rocked for the ladies, but brought EPMD out there. I heard it was crazy to see all the ladies loving real hip-hop in addition to the love jams LL has. I heard some of the ladies were loving Cool James too much. Hope his wife was there!

Trey Songz apparently hurt or broke his ankle out there performing. Not sure what happened, but he was being rolled around by Kevin Hart so it could be a joke. Trey’s face looked all kinds of tore up though.

Beyonce seemed to have broke all attendance records at the Essence Festival. People say there were people hanging from the ceiling.

Some say it was a Black man’s dream, but also a lesbian’s too.

Anti-Government Hackers Clone Jay-Z's Samsung App

(AllHipHop News) It appears the #NewRules movement does not just apply to the music industry. Anti-government activists have taken on a fresh approach to getting their message to the masses as well.

The BBC is reporting that the highly publicized Jay-Z “Magna Carta” app for Samsung Galaxy Android phones was cloned by computer hackers. The real app allowed Galaxy owners to download a free version of Jay’s new album Magna Carta Holy Grail as well as other exclusive content.

Hackers cloned the app and made it available on unofficial sites. Apparently, the cloned app worked just as the original until July 4th when a timer in the code changed the image of album artwork to a picture of President Barack Obama wearing headphones with the words “yes we scan” above it.

Manga Carta Clone

Obama and the US government has been heavily criticized for a recently revealed NSA surveillance program that allegedly has wide scale ability to collect communication information on Americans. One privacy rights group is suing the Obama Administration over the program.

Jay-Z has had a very public connection with President Obama. The legendary Brooklyn rapper campaigned for Obama in 2008 and 2012, and he has mentioned the President in several songs including the track “Open Letter.”

The relationship between Obama and Jay-Z may be one of the reasons the hackers targeted fans of the rapper for their cyber attack.

Software security company McAfee discovered the cloned “Magna Carta” app. At the moment McAfee is uncertain whether the Trojan attack also collected other personal data from its users.

“The image and the service name NSAListener suggest a hacktivist agenda, but we haven’t ruled out the possibility that additional malware may target financial transactions or other data,” wrote McAfee researcher Irfan Asrar in a blogpost.

Robinson Cano Talks Signing With Roc Nation; Former Agent Responds To Jay-Z Diss

(AllHipHop News) “Scott Boras, you over baby. Robinson Cano, you coming with me,” rapped Jay-Z on “Crown” off his latest album Magna Carta Holy Grail. The line was a blatant shot at the owner of the Boras Corporation sports agency who lost his former client Robinson Cano to Jay’s Roc Nation Sports in April.

[ALSO READ: Jay-Z Starts Sports Rep Agency, Signs New York Yankees’ Robinson Cano]

Cano spoke with MTV at the 40/40 Club’s 10th Anniversary party last month. The New York Yankees second baseman discussed his decision to sign with Jay and the Roc.

“We all know what kind of man he is and what he’s all about,” said Cano. “It’s always good to be around people like him and share those good moments that he’s into and get some good advice.”

Boras claimed that he was “blindsided” by Cano signing with Roc Nation. He told MLB Buzz that Cano signed a representation agreement with him a month earlier.

“We had three communications with [Cano] after he signed the representation agreement. We never heard anything from him to suggest that anything was other than he desired,” Boras is quoted as saying.

Boras also responded to Jay-Z’s line directed at him according to Tim Brown of Yahoo Sports. The veteran baseball agent says he prefers jazz to Hip Hop, in particular, the music of jazz guitarist Bernie Williams formerly of the Yankees as well.

The war of words between Boras and Jay may be become an ongoing battle as Roc Nation continues to pick up high-profile athletes from several sports. The company now also represents NBA star Kevin Durant, the WNBA’s Skylar Diggins, and NFL Rookie Geno Smith.

Trae Tha Truth Birthday Concert

It might have been his birthday, or the fact he was performing in the same arena that held his last extravagant toast to himself or even the fact he had even more reason to celebrate than years prior. Just know that on his night, Trae Tha Truth let his icy demeanor slip for a moment of joy.

He’s has proven to be hard to contain over the past few years; spilling outside of Houston and now into the ears of a new legion of fans whether it be his new deal with Grand Hustle, his “Trae” cartoon or the newly created “Banned” radio with comedian Tony Rock. Tuesday night, the rapper brought himself and a gang of his industry friends to Houston’s House of Blues to celebrate.

Though the crowd was thinner than usual, as the floor began to fill famed DJ Mr. Rogers whipped up their energy by using a mix of everyone from legends like UGK to underground street heroes like Z-Ro as a reminder that we were indeed in H-Town.

Any concert that bats lead off with Boss Hogg member J-Dawg should tell you something. Your emotions will be drained, you’ll feel like you have a V12 engine strapped to your back due to his ferocity and thensome. The “First 48” rapper leaves both his heart and his pain behind on the stage after each performance; this night no different. Matter of fact, hearing “First 48” like a gospel parable is moving enough.

As the lights dimmed, the curtains opened to reveal the self-proclaimed “King of the Streets,” clad in all white while seated firmly in a throne and flanked by a live band to announce his royal arrival. In his distinctively smooth growl, Trae began to take fans on a journey; paying homage to fallen peers Pimp C and DJ Screw in between standouts like “Still Throwed,” “Choppa Talk,” and “Yea Hoe.”

The guests transitioned smoothly throughout the show. Comedian Lil Duval of MTV’s “Guy Code” came out to show off his new grill, courtesy of Houston’s own TV Johnny and cracking jokes about Trae’s notoriously low grumble who took it all in stride. At least for this night, Lil Duval lived. For this night.

After revealing how Trae had communicated and provided support throughout his incarceration, Mystikal showed his appreciation by doing what he does best, putting on a damn good performance; launching into tracks like “The Man Right Chea,” “I Smell Smoke,” as well as his universally loved verse on Luda’s “Move B####.”

Fan favorite Big KRIT left the crowd slightly disappointed. No, not because of his performance, but due to how short his set was; the crowd wanted more after he launched into “My Trunk” and “Talkin Bout Nothing” off of his well received ”King Remembered in Time’ mixtape. It’s no secret how beloved KRIT is in Houston, almost like a young son who grew into a man. He may not officially be from the city but he’s damn sure an adopted son.

As Trae returned to the front to inform everyone that he had been told that T.I. missed his flight, the Grand Hustle leader sauntered onto the stage with a large smile. “Y’all lied to me!” Trae roared in shock. Tip went on to proudly announce how his newest member has morphed into family; two self proclaimed Kings turned brothers.

As the A###### By Nature frontman prepares for a new chapter in his career, which includes his upcoming “Banned” album, he for once could just leave his trademark black Locs at home and simply enjoy being surrounded by those proudest of his accomplishments.
