According to Launch.com, Suge Knight has been

hit with a lawsuit by Clear Channel subsidiary for not permitting company representatives

to remove a billboard on the roof of Tha Row’s offices on Wilshire Boulevard

in Los Angeles.

Knight and Clear Channel were unable to agree

to the terms of a new lease on the billboard. Clear Channel representatives

were prevented from removing the billboard in August. The lawsuit was filed

September 10. Clear Channel is charging unfair business practices, defamation,

intentional interference with business, fraud and a host of other charges.

Clear Channel also says the billboard, which

features a cartoon drawing of rapper Crooked I on the toilet, has exposed them

to "contempt, ridicule, and obloquy."

Both parties are due in court in February of

next year, in an attempt to mediate the dispute before it goes to trial.
