EXCLUSIVE: Oxygen Rep Says Rapper’s Show “All My Babies’ Mamas” Still In Development

OXYGEN REP SAYS SHAWTY LO’S CONTROVERSIAL SHOW STILL IN DEVELOPMENT DESPITE PRESSURE!

(AllHipHop News) A representative for Oxygen TV has responded to recent reports that the controversial show “All My Babies’ Mamas” will be getting the axe.

The show, which centers around Atlanta rapper Shawty Lo, his 10 babies mothers and their 11 children, has been a lightning rod for controversy since it was announced in December.

Despite a petition that has received well over 40,000 signatures and the threat of a boycott from the Parents Television Council, a representative for Oxygen told AllHipHop.com exclusively that the show is still in development.

“This rumor is simply untrue. The project remains in early development,” an Oxygen rep told AllHipHop.com.

In recent days, reports have surfaced that NBC/Oxygen would bow to demands that the show be canceled.

As of press time, “All My Babies’ Mamas” is slated for a spring debut.
