I know what it feels like to be #mikebrown I know what it feels like to be a 15 year old black girl or boy and very alone in this country, in our own neighborhood. I know what it feels like to feel like i might get shot for nothing. Rosa Clemente Talib Kweli #ferguson is a war zone. Is President Obama still at Martha’s Vineyard? Really?

So much tension was in the air…the people were peaceful..I’ve never experienced police terrorism so close up. . We weren’t allowed to stand still. Any small move and it was an excuse to attack the people. It’s planned. The rifles are out for no reason. When people began to leave the police began closing in. Everyone was running then they pulled out their guns and made us all lie down on the ground…when we ran with hands up they wld scream “I got one” like we were dogs…this is a PEACEFUL night in Ferguson. It’s difficult to articulate how we all feel. This is American terrorism. Our beautiful babies are out here…they need us. These cops are trigger happy. You can see their disdain for us. You can feel it….Its traumatic.. It’s sad..it’s 2014.

All i can say is get ready, for all those sheep with they head in the sand , WAKE UP
    they coming…… …

    • johnblacksad

what do you think your chances are against the United States Army “IF” the government decides to attack its own people?

Not tryin to start sh!t… but I’ve always had trouble with the argument that the government is plotting to attack one of these days… attack who? for what?

This ain’t 1776 and the Royal British Government days are well over… I don’t think anybody needs a militia ready to fight the U.S. governement in case they decide to send the U.S. army to attack anyone

      • Twonpass

“This ain’t 1776 and the Royal British Government days are well over”
funny you say that, are you sure?
Looks eerily familiar. with a lot more color….

      • johnblacksad

Let me think about how sure I am of that… I see you have solid arguments : they still the same color so, it’s probably the British government that still runs the sh!t… it’s cool… You won.. ok… Obama takes his orders from Queen Elizabeth and the United States secretly still is a British colony… how you want me to fight that?

I hope you have enough guns and ammo and power and intel and organization to fight the U.S. Army back… that’s all I can say… good luck with that!

Yea, the days for a violent Revolution are lonnnggg over with. IF It was going to happen, it should’ve been generations ago. Unless “we” black folks have some powerful allies to back us up. How do we take over the US, which we would need to maintain a base, have food & water supplies along with weapons. Lets not even bring up training & dealing with drones, copters & tanks, among other weapons. Naww our Revolution needs to be financial (and social) SO we should be establishing ties with certain African countries like Nigeria & Ghanda that have strong rising economies. Any physical Revolution would only be our “televised” destruction where we will be depicted as domestic terrorists to the rest of the so called global community.

        Thank you Sir

      • Judah Nazayar

WHAT THE FUKK ARE U TALKING ABOUT?? I HAVE TO SAY THIS LIKE 30 TIMES A DAY TO NIGGAS..CUZ THEY STILL DONT GET IT. AFRICANS SOLD NEGROES TO THE WHITES AND ARABS! U STILL DONT WONDER WHY U DONT SEE ANY AFRICANS STANDING WID US..EVERYTIME WE HAVE A ISSUE WITH WHYTES? WTF IS WRONG WID NIGGAS MAN..THIS IS CRAZY!! AFRICANS ARE HERE IN AMERICA..TEAMED UP WITH THE ENEMY..LIKE THEY ALWAYS ARE. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW NEGROES DONT KNOW THIS? YOUR NOT AFRICAN. YOU NEVER WERE. JESSE JACKSON GAVE U THE NAME *AFRICAN AMERICAN*.. THE WHITEMAN KNOWS FULL WELL WHO HE BOUGHT U FROM..AND IT WASNT YOUR OWN PEOPLE!

      • Judah Nazayar

AFRICANS AINT GONNA HELP US DO SHIT. THEY GONNA FIGHT AGAINST YOU..LIKE THEY ALWAYS HAVE!! THEY HATE YOU..JUST LIKETHE WHITEMAN

      • STFUUIgnants

Whites sold whites into slavery, that doesn’t prevent them from forming alliances between different groups of Caucasians for their own benefits. Blacks in America & Africans are in similar situations and could help each other. Im not interested in your “we Hebrews not Africans” arguments. We have more of a chance to form alliances with them than Native Americans & all those various “Hispanics” groups (even Irish some of yall claim) who also want nothing to do w/black folks.

Talib why not just rally your colleagues to financially support protesters getting arrested instead of becoming part of the story?

    • BulldogCG

Because his presence can bring more supporters. More people is what is needed. Money is necessary don’t get me wrong. But right now, numbers speak the loudest. Anyone the crowd will listen to in order to keep organization invaluable also, I know he doesn’t have huge reach as an artist, but he is notable enough for sure, especially with activist types.

      • Montezuma1

This is the biggest story in the country. It’s not like people aren’t aware but I’m not going to bash him because I don’t know his intentions. I simply disagree with his approach.

      • BulldogCG

I feel you. Im just saying knowing is one thing, going down there and taking action is another.

At least people have the right to bear arms, so they can protect themselves from the United States Army… right?

  • johnblacksad

aren’t the cops U.S. citizens also?

I believe they’re just as much a product of the american way of life as everybody else

and I’m still tryin not to start sh!t

What’s happening in Missouri is nothing compared to what will happen in this country if that cowardly pig is exonerated of executing Mike Brown. Shame on president Obama for sitting on the fence on this issue. I’d expect someone who hails from Chicago to have better perspective when it comes to police brutality even if he doesn’t personally have experience with that subject.

How much money are these rich folks donating to Ferguson Public Schools? If you want a to help a place then don’t go there just to cause more trouble for an already overwhelmed community, do some good there.

Fuc that I’m usually about peace 10 times out of nine! This is a disgrace. My smart black militants need to GRIP up! We’re back in the 60’s. They’re mad! Their kids wanna be us, their kids role models wanna be us!! I’m sitting here with my boss a white man & he’s disgusted! Even he wants to grip up! It’s time! I’ll be fuxing damned if my daughter looks into my eyes and sees a coward scared to make a stand! ITS TIME TO MAKE A STAND! BY ALL MEANS NESS!
