Childish Gambino, J. Cole, Ab-Soul, Gucci Mane, The Lox, Kid Cudi, T.I., Yasiin Bey, Run The Jewels, and others dropped albums over the last month.
According to Datpiff, fans should expect another big project to hit the internet on New Year’s Eve.
The mixtape site posted on Twitter, “MAJOR surprise release on 12/31..”
Of course, fans began speculating which rapper was set to drop something new.
Twitter users threw out names such as Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Meek Mill, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, and Lil B.
