I think Cassidy made a rightful comparison on this one... lets juss congradulate rappers for coming together instead of finding something to critique that has nothin to do with the fact that theres some positive unity going on over here.  R.I.P Sean Bell.

First of all RIP to Sean Bell. My heart goes out to his family and loved one's. God in his kindness of heart will help raise his kids, wife and most importantly the families he's left behind.
It's just sad to know that people, Law enforcement officers takes lives that in their wildest dreams can't make, Makes me wonder how they sleep at night.
Lil advice to Casidy as i listen to your music sometimes, Well Please don't get your facts from the internet! Regular people like you and i post it and most of the time it's a load of BS. It's just my 2  cents :)

What kills me the most is that the track is full of niggaz who talk about murdering other niggaz all day.  It just makes hip hop look so contradicting.  Don't get me wrong, alot of these artist have good points on their albums, but lets be real!  This (Sean Bell) just shows how important family is, and gives us more of a reason to start carrying guns for the right reasons and not this bullshit you hear on the radio and on these mixtapes.  Some of you stupid niggaz will realize that homie with the grill in his mouth ain't your real enemy!

Dr Frances Welsing talked about these situations between the police and those in the black community dating back to the 80's. And over 20 years later, we are still seeing this same nonsense: the Katrina fiasco; Megan Williams West Va torture case; Jena 6; and now, Sean Bell. And we still see the same results: no person who exasperated the situation was made truly responsible nor made accountable for their actions.This is not about the race of the cops. This is about the race of the victims. If the three male victims had been white and not black, there would have been no victims. The cops would have used good judgment from the start and no one would be deadSadly, cops in New York have a loooong history of bullying. Not protecting the public which they serve.
Sure there are going to be mishaps. With the population of NY, it is bound to happen sometimes. But I have seen NY cops ( even the minority ones) harrass people needlessly. at times i feel bad for people of minority.i think if i were a minority of hispanic or african american, or just lived in a low socioeconomic status where cops treat people like shit i would probably do something I would later regret to the nypd. i am a white kid but i've dealt wit my harassment with the nypd, i could imagine how bad some people really get it. What do you expect, they get paid $30,000 a year.lol go buy a ford focus and beat your wife..thats it im done, NOT ALL COPS but most are true assholes and think they have all the power because of that badge that sits on there heart!
