Jay be doing the fool. he stay makin moves. the hotel biz is a good look. every rapper is going to try to get them a room. i know he is going to throw one in Vegas and LA.

Jay simply shows all aspiring black rappers that you can be bigger than just a rapper with sound investment strategies and smart business moves while capitalizing on the market exposure and fame gathered through entertainment media. Jay will not be the highest paid Rapper when its all said and done though. He is opening doors for people to come up and be bigger than he is right now.

I remember everyone thought MJ's endorsements were crazy when he first opened that door. Jay is like MJ in the rap game in that regards. Now so-called "legitimate" businessmen and women are taking rappers seriously. Of course every week we will hear about some idiot trying to set us back to being sharecroppers, but got to live with those few idiots I guess.

I knew how to cook-up and flip a bird after the first two Jigga albums and now i am waiting to hear that same detail in a few public speaking engagements or even a reality show. i say this cause I am really looking at this guy as a success and a positive example of over coming.

What he does to bring others up is really what I am looking at too. No matter how much you hate or love Jay-Z you have to admit that his music has focused alot on drug hustles and moving bricks right? Now for the older more economic minded fans of his like myself, we would like to know what to do with all the hustle money and how to manage it realistically.

Honestly from a business standpoint it may ne a good look for him to have a reality show that is complete centered around his business ventures and him and his handlers explaing some of the steps behind the money.
