Been staying in Cobb the last 6 years of my life and they aint usually sweating the little stuff.  I was pulled over one morning about 3 am or so for running a red light and I had been drinking. The cop was a young white cat at that, he told me he would have never even stopped me but some other cop saw me run the light and buzzed him. My personal experience and a lot of cats I know, they dont sweat the small stuff unless you already in there system. So, whether he popped or not somebody put him out there like that.
