I didn't say I felt sorry for the dude. The beef was senseless to begin with. 50 has used the are of battling and took it out of context, but using not strategically, but using as a marketing tool to become the artist he is today. Rick Ross used it for a means to do the same but failed miserably. His album still sold though. He did come at 50 and I remembered him calling his son a monkey. Completely out of pocket and childish. I know this is opening another can of worms but I dont believe TI snitched. Every state has different laws pertaining guns.

Damn thats wussup.  I have a homie I went to high school and college that lives up there now.  I haven't been to the Jazz Fest in about 10 years bruh.  I'm down in ATL now though, haven't been up that was since 04.  My brother is still up there though.  He told me the Jazz fest was on point this year though

The point I'm making is that s**taint as illegal as people make it cause in some states you cant even own, much less purchase automatic weapons or silencers, but there are states like Nevada were anything goes. And almost every state do a manditory 5 day wait on the background when I can do it here in Nevada 30 minutes.

Southern and western states let you get away with more. T.I. might be a felon but the constitutional right to bear arms supercedes the law of ownership. I can have a gun in my house that was purchased legally, even if Im a felon. Hunting rifles and shot guns do not require background checks or registration. The law only affects me if purchase illegally, like T.I. did.

(There are some semi automatic M-16s that are considered hunting rifles that after you put an auto kit on them you got fully auto capabilitites. Hell, you can even bump fire a semi auto.)

At that point, they can only get you for the purchase of and ownership of those firearms as a felon. Since he wasn't selling those firearms he's not guilty of trafficking firearms (which would have been serious) and the firearms he had arent illegal in Georgia (my MAC 11 and silencer was made by Masterpiece Arms in Georgia) , only his purchase was illegal so they got him because he didnt aquire them legally so his ownership wasnt legal. You dont have to snitch to get out of that shit. Any good laywer can present those same facts I stated in legal terms that the court system respects. Them white boys in the country parts of Georgia got guns that will make a Marine jealous. And they got them guns legally.

T.I. had alot of guns but they found them in his home, not riding around with them in his car so the charge of possesion is different. The only reason he got any time at all is because he didnt give up who he bought them from. He had an easy case to beat, but he had them in possesion, at his home so they can always refer to that. He lost all of his endorsements off the inital charge but by claiming responsibility, accepting this jail bid, he put a spin on it and gained a whole new level of endorsement deals.

That sting was in hopes to get a warrent in order to find the dope that he be rappin about. The set of that sting was in order to get in his house because they spent too much time and money on his investigation to only walk away with an illegal weapons possesion. When they got in his house and seen the safe in his bedroom they were hoping for tons of bricks but all they got was a few unregistered guns that didnt have any bodies on them and they werent stolen.

I got in trouble with the ATF a few years ago and I went thru similar bulls**t. They get in your house over an illegal weapons possesion warrent, find drugs, get another warrent for drugs from the judge they got standing by and nail you on drug possession. Once they get in your house and find the guns they can handcuff you while they search your house, find drugs and hold you until that warrent goes thru. But, no drugs= bulls**t case. I didnt even get charged a felony cause the guns were on my property and they were secured, plus I wasnt walking around with them and since they were hunting rifles and they werent stolen they couldnt arrest me for them for not being registered. They took'em, did ballistics tests and when they came back clean they returned them.

Most of the people who are accusing him of snitching are going off the laws in states like NY that'll nail you for firearm possesion (look at Lil Wayne). And most dude that get caught in those states be having a stolen gun at that (look at Plaxico)
