Now, moving along…I am hearing that Pauly is merely generating much needed interest in himself and doesn’t actually believe the things he said about Black comedians. This means he may not be the male version of Geraldine Ferarro, but it still makes him a has WAS. SMH at publicity stunts. Anyway, people were dumbfounded when they recently saw Auntie Viv all hugged up on Poor Pauly. Why? This is because she is in on the dumb joke. If this is a joke, he certainly could have waiting until April Fool’s Day. They call it Fool’s Day for a reason.
Apparently, Pauly has a DVD coming out that features all the African American comics that were mentioned in the DVD. Also, he did this in the past, where he pretended like he got KO’d on stage.
JOE BUDDEN AND GLORIA VELEZ FIGHTING AGAIN?
I was shocked to see that Gloria Velez was dissing Joe Budden again on the net and the footage had “new” next to it. Well, one of the people I know hit up Ms. Velez and asked her about Budden and where they are. She told AllHipHop.com, “We’re just friends now. We are over that hump. I want him to win and be happy. The footage is four years old.” So, there you go. There is no beef with these two people. Don’t believe the hype.
PROBLEMS FOR JAY-Z RECORDS?
We’ve long heard about the Carter Music Group and now Jay-Z is looking to make the label a reality. He is looking for funding, according to the New York Post. There is a problem though. They are saying that Jay is looking for “way too much” to fund the upstart label. They are saying that Jigga Man is looking for $100 million just to get things rolling in CMG. "He wants a label to give him $100 million for the Carter Music Group and provide for overhead, development and digital investment. It's crazy. He wants the labels to basically be his venture capital fund - but unlike a venture cap, they won't get 50 percent. This is not the '90s anymore,” a source said. No dice thus far. No response from Jay-Z’s people.
TONY YAYO PLAYS KRS-ONE?
I am hearing a strange rumor. I know KRS-One likes 50 Cent. I heard there is a movie in development on the life of KRS-One and guess who is going to play the Blastmaster? I just told you! Tony Yayo! Now, I have to confess to something: I think Yayo could do it. The only thing is KRS has a very distinct nose and I am not sure what they will do about that. Nevertheless, a movie about KRS one is guaranteed to be a winner since his life and times are so interesting. You just have to know a bit about him, before you prejudge.
Also, an unreleased CD is coming out by KRS-One.
NOT GHETTO ENOUGH??
I remember a time when VH1 was as White as the driven snow, but that’s completely changed now. So, my boy Jye hit me off with this one. He told me that there was an idea for a new reality show that deals with interracial dating. The only thing is the idea was eventually rejected, because it wasn’t “Ghetto” enough. I don’t know if those are the exact terms used. I heard other ideas were rejected for being too boring or not interesting enough for the target market. Now, the person that was rejected is now close to sealing his interracial dating show somewhere else. I don’t know if the show is a good idea, but I suppose it will be interesting to somebody.
STOLEN IDEA?
Speaking of VH1, I heard that a show about Uncle Luke Skywalker of the 2 Live Crew is about to star in a reality show. The show will center on his strange ability to be a responsible father and also the king of porn. LOL. OK, I’m exaggerating. I heard he has launched a new website and the challenges in doing that piece of technology. Oh, did I mention this will also chronicle Luke getting married? On top of it all, I heard the reality show idea was actually hijacked from another person and taken to VH1

According to the Associated Press, T.I. will get to attend Easter services at his church from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Easter Sunday. He’ll have to rock a monitor and his lawyer is going with him.

SIGNS THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END
Here you go. This will take you clear through to Monday with the craziness. A son strangled his own mother, killing her. A-HA! That’s not even a sign that the world is coming to an end. Here is where it all unravels into a sign the world is ending. Police say that the mother and the son were actually engaged in a sexual relationship that started when he was simply 8 or 9 years old. At the time of the strangulation, he was 22 years old and his mother was 47 years old. Oh, it really does get worse. The 22 year-old son had a 19 year-old wife and guess what? She was also having sexual relations with the now-dead mother. This all went down in the Lewiston, Maine, a place that I assumed was fairly normal. It seems like the 19 year old wife (Kayla) was about to leave her man (Mathew Audet) and ,after the death of the mother, she talked to cops. She told them she saw the strangling and also had sex with the mother. WOW!

Dr. Dre’s mom has a new memoir coming out discussing events in her life most of which revolve around her son Dr. Dre. Verna Griffin discusses an incident that involves Dre and an underage relationship he partook in with a 16 year old. Hmmm… this could make for a good read but then again who really cares about old incidents that have far been removed from everyone’s gossip radar. Seems like a good porcelain sidekick for those lonely trips in the restroom if you ask me.
A 3LW reject Plays Lil Kim in B.I.G movie
Naturi Naughton will be playing Lil Kim in the B.I.G movie. You all may remember her from 3LW, she was the one who left the group and went on to become a Broadway actress in Hairspray. This may be a good look for her seeing as she has great acting experience but I must say I can’t see this chick being as hard as Lil Kim. But then again that’s what acting is all about I just hope folks can get past her clean girl image from the 3LW days.
