The 65-year-old group is seeking an unspecified amount in the suit and are requesting that the sales of all 8732 clothing that contains the images be halted.
This is not the first time Jeezy has had to deal with issues of using another organization’s intellectual property for his clothing line. The original name for the brand was “USDA,” but the federal government sent a cease and desist on the use of that acronym. The company was then changed to 8732.
