According to local police, one person was shot in the chest and another in the leg at a venue hosting Quan’s concert late Saturday. The injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
Someone began firing inside Arena Building around 10:20 pm. A security guard at the event said that an identified man “got physical with security” and was removed from the building. He allegedly returned with a gun and began shooting. The concert was shut down as a result of the incident.
