Did Jay Z Give "The Green Light" For Jay Electronica's Album?

It’s been a long time coming. While some Hip Hop fans have given up on the possibility that Jay Electronica’s delayed album will ever hit stores, J.E’s representative claims something from the Roc Nation emcee has finally gotten the go ahead from Jay Z. Does this mean the world will finally get to hear a full body of work from Jay Electronica? We’ll have to continue to wait and see.
