“It’s so healthy for Hip Hop,” says Gunz. “It’s bitter-sweet for me, because I hate to see them two go at it. Those are like my brothers.”

The co-creator of “Deja Vu (Uptown Baby)” and star of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop expects the match-up to be hard (Starr) versus funny (Murray). Gunz also expressed he’s happy to see two artists from the 1990’s step in the ring.

“It’s so healthy and so good. Especially, me being from that era – the best era of Hip Hop to me,” added Gunz.

MC WAR’s “Generation X” event featuring “Keith Murray Vs Fredro Starr” will broadcast live on AllHipHop.com for free. To purchase tickets to view the battle at Milk River in Brooklyn visit mcwars.com.
