Jerry Heller, 75, vehemently disagrees with his portrayal in “Straight Outta Compton” and has filed a $110 million, lawsuit to legalize his unhappiness.

Friday, he formally filed a defamation lawsuit against Dr. Dre and Ice Cube for categorizing him as the “sleazy manager who took advantage of Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube.”

TMZ reports that NBC Universal and the Estate of Eazy-E were also included in the lawsuit.

According to Heller, he was grossly misrepresented. He says he was never fired by Eazy-E and refuted the notion that he withheld a $75,000 check from Ice Cube. He also alleges that they stole from his 2006 book, Ruthless: A Memoir, to re-create scene in “Straight Outta Compton.”

“Straight Outta Compton” was one of the most successful movies this year.
