“When I wanted to throw a surprise event for my top social media fans around the launch of my new book The Power of Broke, there was only one party planner I could turn to,” John tells AllHipHop.com. “David Tutera is a true entrepreneur himself and created a thriving business through hard work and resourcefulness. He is the best and I could not have been happier.”
The Power of Broke focuses on John’s experiences as an entrepreneur and branding consultant. In addition, the book provides a peek behind-the scenes from the set of Shark Tank and highlights stories of dozens of other entrepreneurs.
John is also the author of the two best-selling books Display of Power and The Brand Within. The 47-year-old businessman has received over 35 awards including the Brandweek Marketer of the Year, Advertising Age Marketing 1000 Award for Outstanding Ad Campaign, and Ernst & Young’s New York Entrepreneur of the Year. In 2015, the White House appointed John as the Global Ambassador of Entrepreneurship as part of the PAGE Program.
