Jay Pharoah Blasts Mumble Rap: I Ain’t Trying To Have Bullsh-t In Every Category (VIDEO)

THE COMEDIAN SAYS NOW THAT OBAMA’S OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE, STABILITY IS NEEDED, EVEN IN HIP HOP

(AllHipHop News) Comedian Jay Pharoah sat down with AllHipHop.com to talk about his various work in the entertainment field.

As a big fan of the culture, the former Saturday Night Live cast member had a lot to say about Hip Hop.

The conversation included Pharoah sharing his thoughts on a popular trend in rap music at the moment.

“People are starting to get sick of that mumble rap stuff. It’s about to be a big flip over in Hip Hop where people are actually listening to words and messages again,” said Jay. “It was all fun and games when Obama was in office, but now that he’s out, it’s like, ‘I ain’t trying to have bullsh-t in every category. There needs to be some type of stability here.”

Pharoah has released his own music including 2014’s The Resurrection mixtape.
