(AllHipHop News) It has been a long battle for Richard Morales better known in rap circles as Gunplay.
Gunplay surrendered to police on October 9th on an outstanding warrant stemming from armed robbery and assault charges on April 13th, 2012.
Allegedly, the Cops & Robbers rapper assaulted and robbed Miami accountant Turron Woodside.
Less than a week later, TMZ leaked incriminating video footage of the alleged robbery/assault.
Gunplay was facing life in prison and went into court-mandated exile with his house arrest.

The highly demanded singer/songwriter/producer Rico Love touched on reaching out to Gunplay to help work on his debut album:
“Gunplay is one of the illest lyricist. People don’t know that and people don’t understand how sick he is with the flow. How diverse he is. He can adapt to any beat. I’ve heard him rap on beats with all different tempos. I always was impressed with his delivery an even his bars. Line for line I think he has alot to offer the game”
