(AllHipHop News) Rick Ross, as the founder of Maybach Music Group, has turned his advice to artists into Top 10 hits and millions of dollars. For a short time, Rick Ross will be Rolling Stone’s advice columnist and yesterday released his first advice column on love, marijuana and more.
Rick Ross is an avid marijuana enthusiast, once ate marijuana on video tape and stated in the Rolling Stone advice column that quitting his smoking habit would be “suicidal”. When one reader asked Ross for his advice on if he should inform his dad to stop asking him and his friends to smoke marijuana with him, Ross offered this advice:
I think you should reconsider. You get to sit around and play video games and s###, and your dad actually smokes weed with you and your homeys? Your situation is pretty unique. Take advantage of that bond time, man. I definitely would have smoked with my father if I could have. I say have an open-door policy. Come on in, Dad!
During the 1950’s and 60’s, F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby began being taught in high schools all across America after 155,000 copies were sent to American troops during World War II. Rick Ross graduated from Miami Carol City Senior High School in the early 1990s, and informed a reader that plagiarizing an essay on the book was acceptable because “we’ve all heard the Great Gatsby story thousands of times”:
Look over your left shoulder and your right shoulder. Why not? We’ve all heard the Great Gatsby story thousands of times. Hand in that paper, make your teacher proud and spend that time on something else.
