Vivica Fox Chokes Back Tears and Ends Beef With Her “True Love” 50 Cent

(AllHipHop News) Rapper 50 Cent and Vivica A. Fox have been less than cordial over the years, since they stopped dating in 2003.

In fact, the two have been engaged in social media wars that have produced some very memorable, yet insulting memes.

Whether it was 50 Cent going at Vivica, or vice versa, both artists kept their fans entertained with their frequent disses to each other even though they haven’t dated in over ten years.

But things may have cooled down between the pair, according to Vivica A. Fox who ran into 50 Cent during last night’s New York Knicks game.

“I ran into him last night at the Knick’s game” Vivica told Wendy Williams on “The Wendy Williams Show” during a stop to promote her new show “Vivica’s Black Magic.

”Vivica said the meeting at the NBA game was purely coincidental.

“I walked over to him and I said Happy New Year, I introduced myself and said hello to everyone,” Vivica A. Fox continued. “It was in private, so there were no fans, no camera, nothing…someone has to be the bigger person.”

Vivica became emotional when Wendy Williams discussed her past relationship with 50 Cent, telling the talk show host she would “always have love” for the rap star, as she broke down in tears.

“I told him last night, I’ll always always love you, we’re not meant to be together but I will always have love for you.”

Keegan-Michael Key Talks Voicing A “Washed Up” Rapper On ‘The Simpsons’ (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) An upcoming episode of The Simpsons will center around a Hip Hop theme.

Several high-profile entertainers contributed to the show which also serves as an homage to F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby.

Keegan-Michael Key (MADtv, Key & Peele) provided the voice of Jazzy James, a character described as a “washed-up rapper.”

Fox has now released a clip of Key discussing his role on the animated series.

“We were talking about how to settle on the voice,” said the actor. “He’s got small dreadlocks and for some reason a person who got small dreadlocks, he gonna be a little up here in his voice. I don’t even know why that’s the case.”

The hour-long “The Great Phatsby” episode will also feature cameos by Hip Hop stars Snoop Dogg, Common, and RZA.

In addition, Taraji P. Henson of Empire was cast as a guest for the show.

“It’s a tale of greed, excess, betrayal, revenge, and ruthlessness, and there’s a hilarious goose in it. The goose is really funny,” Simpsons executive producer Matt Selman told Entertainment Weekly in December.

“The Great Phatsby” is scheduled to air on January 15 at 8 ET/7 C on Fox.

Soulja Boy “Exposes” Chris Brown For Being A Crackhead Parent

(AllHipHop Rumors) Oh my! That escalated quickly!

In this week’s episode of Soulja Boy Vs. Everybody, not only does the whole internet make an appearance, singer Chris Brown happens to be a guest star!

Soulja Boy and Chris Brown have been beefing ever since Soulja Boy claimed that Breezy called him up and threatened him over liking some of Chris’ ex-girlfriend, Karrueche’s, social media posts.

Soulja Boy didn’t only like the posts in question, he also put heart-eyed emojis under them as well.

As you know, Chris Brown has been stalking Karrueche all week on social media letting her know that he wants that old thing back.

Both Chris Brown and Soulja Boy seem to be troubled souls, so you really don’t know who is completely telling the truth or whose side to take.

The two have been hurling insults and sending threats at each other all morning. They’ve even agreed to participate in a charitable fight.

As if leaking each other’s personal information wasn’t bad enough, Soulja Boy sent some pretty below-the-belt shots at Brown by alleging that he is simply a crackhead that uses and abuses drugs in front of his daughter. To add insult to injury, Soulja Boy also claims that this is why Karrueche doesn’t want anything to do with him.

Soulja Boy posted a video that surely may lead to a serious beat down. LOL.

“Aye CB you put this on yourself my n-gga. You started this. Now since you want to lie I’ma f-cking embarrass you; I’ma expose you. You just seen me at the f-cking studio my homies at the studio two weeks ago. Why you ain’t say nothing about this when you seen me. You snorted cocaine off the ssl board in the studio, snorting f-cking cocaine. Yeah I smoke weed; I sip a little bit of lean, but I don’t snort no f-cking coke n-gga. That’s why Karrueche don’t want sh-t to do with you. You a f-cking crackhead and you can’t take care of your daughter. Yeah you got money but you lame n-gga. Your baby mama aint got nothing good to say about you. What the f-ck you mean. Don’t act like I ain’t been to your house and been around your f-cking daughter n-gga. All you do is do drugs in front of her with hella f-cking 30, 40, 50 gang bangers in the house n-gga. You getting extorted n-gga them n-ggas don’t love you and they aint gonna ride for you. That’s what you don’t understand. You gonna get f-cked up. I’ma knock you out and I’m going to expose you,” he said.

Soulja Boy has brought Chris Brown’s baby girl, Royalty, into this now. This could certainly get ugly. They both need to seek help though.

A Tribe Called Quest’s Jarobi White Struggles To Cope After Phife Death

(AllHipHop News) Jarobi White has labelled 2016 “one of the worst years” of his life following the death of his A Tribe Called Quest bandmate Phife Dawg.

The rapper, real name Malik Izaak Taylor, died in March (2016) at the age of 45 due to complications relating to diabetes.

While the group pushed forward to finish their first album in 18 years, entitled We Got It from Here… Thank You 4 Your Service, after Phife’s death, his passing had a major effect on White.

“S##t, 2016 was a f##king horrible year, like a f##king terrible year. One of the worst of my life. What stands out the most? I mean, the passing of…losing my brother. You know what I mean?” White told Cult Montreal.“That’s definitely like, there’s nothing that has shaped or impacted my life, nothing even comes close. Like, the record, like – nothing comes close to that.”

We Got It from Here… Thank You 4 Your Service was praised by critics and became A Tribe Called Quest’s second record to top the Billboard 200 chart following its release in November (2016).

While the reception to the record was welcomed by the band, White admits he has mixed feelings due to Phife Dawg’s tragic death.

“People ask me that, like ‘How does it feel?’ and all that and I can’t really explain it,” he said. “I’m super happy they’re enjoying it and feel good about the project. But you know, I wish that Phife was here to see how much all of these people love us. It’s truly, truly, truly, truly humbling. For us not to have put out a record in so long and people still pay attention, in itself, is crazy.”

However, White is convinced that Phife is well aware of the group’s success as he looks down on his bandmates.”

This album is definitely a living tribute to Phife,” he concluded. “And it’s very gratifying for this s##t to be number one in like, 30 countries or whatever it is? Know what I’m sayin’? Wherever Phife’s sitting, he’s like, ‘That’s aight (alright)!’ Definitely.”

Chris Brown’s Ex-Girlfriend Karrueche Tran Weighs In On Feud And Disses Soulja Boy

(AllHipHop News) Karrueche Tran has weighed in on the growing war between her ex-boyfriend R&B singer Chris Brown and Atlanta rapper, Soulja Boy.

The pair have been trading shots at each other on social media all morning today (January 3), after Chris Brown supposedly became upset over Soulja trolling Karrueche’s IG page and liking her pictures.

Both artists have threatened each other, and deleted some posts, and Chris Brown even challenged Soulja Boy to a boxing match for charity.

Soulja Boy “graciously” accepted the offer.

TMZ.com caught Karrueche shopping in Los Angeles, where she addressed the escalating feud between the two men.

Karrueche totally dissed Soulja, brushing him off and said he was definitely not her type.

2 Chainz May Be Taking Justin Bieber To The Trap!

(AllHipHop Rumors) It looks like Justin Bieber may be in the trap rap mix in 2017 thanks to 2 Chainz.

The Atlanta rapper teased a possible collaboration by posting a photo of himself with the Canadian singer with a caption that read,

“New music on the way ??? Take JB to the trap ???”

The self-proclaimed hair-weave killer didn’t share any details, but he was certainly successful with getting the people talking.

2 Chainz was certainly busy in 2016 with his four projects: ‘Hibachi For Lunch’, ‘ColleGrove’, ‘Felt Like Cappin’, and ‘Daniel Son; Necklace Don’. Bieber had a few collaborations with Major Lazer, DJ Snake and Post Malone. He also spent most of last year touring and picking up awards from is 2015 effort, ‘Purpose’.

Justin, at times crazy as Chris Brown, Bieber has been invited to the cookout for a while. Would you be interested in hearing a new Hip Hop influenced sound from him?

Future Warns Other Rappers That 2017 Is His!

(AllHipHop Rumors) Well Mr. Future Hendrix certainly seems to be in his feelings early on in the new year.

The Atlanta rapper has cleaned house and is issuing a warning to everyone.

Future has deleted all of his Instagram posts and has unfollowed everyone except his DJ, DJ Esco.

The entire Future Hive began to wonder why Future would make a drastic move, and he seems to explain with some paranoid-sounding tweets.

“2017 nobody safe”

“Me & esco against the world…ion trust none of these people! They all greedy,” tweeted Future.

Future had an up and down 2016 with wins like working with Drake, Gucci Mane, Jay Z, DJ Khaled and more to drama like child custody battles with his ex-fiancee Ciara, and being involved in love triangles with Scottie Pippen and his wife Larsa.

Well, usually when an artist lashes out on social media, they are fed up, and possibly have inspiration for new music because of their experiences. It looks like we may be getting a new solo project from Future.

Do you think Future will heat up the airwaves and the charts this year? Also who in the industry is he lashing out at and claiming he doesn’t trust?!

Soulja Boy and Chris Brown Beef Could Turn Into A Boxing Match For Charity

(AllHipHop News) Soulja Boy and Chris Brown are still at each other’s throats on social media, with the threats of a fight flying back and forth.

Soulja claims Chris Brown is mad over the fact that he liked a picture Chris’ ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

As previously reported, the pair have been threatening each other all morning and now have resorted to leaking their personal information all over the Internet.

In another, now deleted message, Soulja posted an Instagram video of a conversation with a woman reportedly associated with Chris Brown, who labeled Karrueche a “hoe.”

“He called me, calling me a b##ch, I didn’t do anything to this man,” Soulja Boy said grinning. “I said I tried to squash it, I ‘look bro I apologize for liking Karrueche’s picture. I know she ain’t your girl no more, but she used to be your girl, my bad. He said ‘naw n##ga we gotta fight.'”

Soulja says he has to reply since Chris Brown leaked the Atlanta rapper’s info to his millions of followers.

Chris even posted a now deleted video of himself threatening Soulja Boy with a man a group of armed men who claimed to be associated with the Piru gang.

Chris followed that post with one that was a little bit softer in its stance.

“Hey there guys to all my white van and all the parents out there looking at this and looking down upon me, we gonna fight for charity,” Chris Brown promised. “We going to make sure all these proceeds go to charity, one so that this point right here is made. we never going to make another one of them n##as. so we got to give all the money to all the kids that need it so they can be successful.”

Soulja has apparently accepted the challenge.

Over the last week, Chris has been rather vocal over social media about his desire to have Karrueche back.

Drake Says He’s No Longer Performing The Meek Mill Diss Track “Back To Back” (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) It appears Drake is officially ready to move past his beef with Meek Mill.

During his New Year’s Eve show in Las Vegas, the OVO leader told the crowd he would no longer perform the Meek diss track “Back To Back” after that evening.

“And people do the most left field, f-cked up sh-t to try and tear you down. You still gotta win no matter what. That’s the whole key about this sh-t,”  said Drake. “So I’m gonna do this song, and this is the last time I’m ever going to do this song.”

He continued, “And when you win, please do it gracefully in 2017. That’s my message to you.”

It has been a year and a half since the Drake and Meek Mill feud began.

The dispute included several other records like Drake’s “Charged Up,” “30 For 30 Freestyle,” and “Summer Sixteen” as well as Meek Mill’s “Wanna Know” and “War Pain.”

Mickey Kicks The Factz

Rappers come and go. They show up, rock the house and then end up outside on the front porch. But while that may be the story for most rappers, Bronx native Mickey Factz wasn’t shown the door, he went looking for it and walked out.

No commercial releases, no major shows but yeat a few years later, Factz is back with a new wife on his arm, a new project by Nottz but the same standards with lyrics.

With The Achievement: Circa 82 out and running, Mause stopped by AllHipHop.com with @MrMecc to talk marriage, commitment and Kanye West.

The Chicago native just released a collaborative Christmas-themed mixtape with R&B singer Jeremih , and he has talked about creating Good Ass Job with Kanye West.

Last year also saw Chance drop the critically acclaimed Coloring Book.
