(AllHipHop News) It has been 22 years since Kool Keith linked with Dan The Automator, Qbert and Kool Keith aka Dr. Octagon to release the debut album Dr. Octagonecologyst.

An attempt to release the second installment in the series in 2006 ended in a legal dispute, which saw Kool Keith distance himself from a “follow up” titled The Return of Doctor Octagon, which was released without his support.

Since then, fans have been wondering when Kool Keith would officially resurrect his Dr. Octagon character, and the answer is this April.

The new album Moosebumps: An Exploration Into Modern Day Horripilation is slated for an April 6th release date.

Dr. Octagon just dropped a new single titled”Area 54″ featuring the original producers who crafted Dr. Octagonecologyst: Kool Keith, Dan the Automator, and Qbert.

“Area 54 is the greatest disco in the galaxy,” according to the Automator. “The things we ‘haven’t’ seen there,” explained Dan the Automator who revealed the album was recorded during a marathon, 24-hour sessions at Automator’s studio.

(AllHipHop News) Jay-Z is firing back at death threats he received from the killer of African-American teenager Trayvon Martin by challenging the shooter to fight with a “grown man.”

Neighborhood Watch zealot George Zimmerman shot and killed Trayvon in Florida in 2012, claiming he mistook the teen for a burglar.

He was charged with murder, but acquitted at trial after claiming self-defense, based on Florida’s controversial stand-your-ground law.

The rap mogul has been among those campaigning for justice for Trayvon ever since, and he is one of the executive producers of an upcoming docu-series about the tragedy, titled “Rest In Power: The Trayvon Martin Story.”

Zimmerman previously slammed the project and told TheBlast.com he wanted to “beat Jay-Z” and “feed him to an alligator” after alleging TV executives had hounded his family for interviews.

“I know how to handle people who f##k with me, I have since February 2012,” he sneered, referencing the date of Trayvon’s death.

Jay-Z has largely ignored Zimmerman’s fighting talk until now – addressing him directly on his new DJ Khaled collaboration, “Top Off,” which also features his wife Beyonce and fellow rapper Future.

On the track, he spits, “Georgie Porgie sinnin’ and sendin’ me threats/Save your breath, you couldn’t beat a flight of steps/Try that s##t with a grown man/I’ll kill that f##kboy with my own hand.”

Meanwhile, both Jay-Z and Beyonce use their verses on the track to voice their support for Meek Mill, who was handed a two-to-four year prison sentence for a probation violation in November.

His lawyers have been appealing the harsh punishment ever since.

Elsewhere on the tune, which was released on Friday, Beyonce appears to poke fun at her new pal, comedienne Tiffany Haddish, for telling everyone about a night out she recently enjoyed with the typically-private superstar.

(AllHipHop News) Lil Wayne’s $51 million-dollar with Cash Money Records shows no signs of being settled anytime soon.

The rap star marched into court in late February, and asked a judge to slap sanctions on Bryan “Birdman” Williams and his brother Ronald “Slim” Williams, the founder of the legendary label.

According to new documents, Lil Wayne claims Cash Money is refusing to turn over valuable documents related to Nicki Minaj and Drake’s contracts.

The two artists, who are arguably the best-known pop stars in the world, are signed to Lil Wayne’s Young Money Records.

While Cash Money has produced 121,000 documents, Lil Wayne’s lawyers says those documents were from Universal records, which distributes the labels.

According to a document obtained by TheBlast.com, Lil Wayne claims Cash Money has over $200 million dollars in cash flow, yet the label keeps “no accounting records, no general ledger, no bank account records and no tax returns at all.”

“Unless Cash Money admits to criminal failure to file tax returns for 2011 to present, Cash Money must produce these returns.”

Lil Wayne alleges Bryan “Birdman” Williams squandered nearly 70% of a $100 million advance intended to subsidize their Young Money/Cash Money venture.

Lil Wayne created Young Money in 2003 with a 49% stake in the enterprise, while the other 51% is controlled by Cash Money Records.

Wayne’s lawsuit against the label maintains he was shorted almost $10 million in advances, while getting stiffed on receiving royalties for Nicki Minaj and Drake.

(AllHipHop News) Migos group member Quavo has ended his beef with a celebrity jeweler.

NYPD detectives wanted to question Quavo over a post-Grammy brawl with Eric the Jeweler, which went down outside of 1Oak in late January.

Quavo allegedly attacked Eric, after the jeweler attempted to collect on a $10,000 debt he was owed.

Over the weekend, the two men met up and settle their differences, and Quavo forked over the $10,000 debt he owed.

“Just for the record since the media likes to put things in their own words and elevate things that aren’t really true to another level,” Eric the Jeweler said.

“I am not suing or pressing charges, the media got it all twisted it was all just a big misunderstanding. We are on good terms and back to conducting business as usual, ” according to Eric the Jeweler.

The rapper publicly announced he would be boycotting the restaurant last October, after several patrons of Houston’s Claimed that they were discriminated against over there seating policies.

Over the past year, T.I. has met with executives Hillstone Restaurant Group, which owns the Houston’s restaurant chain

According to T.I. the executives were willing to listen and Implement his advice.

According to 6ix9ine, he’s been raking in the dough over the past several months and has let his appearance slip a little bit.

“I been making a lot of money the past couple months and I kind of like let myself go. I been gaining a lot of weight and a lot of people are calling me fat and their drawing pictures of me…as the fat Tekashi,” 6ix9ine said.

So, now 6ix9ine is challenging his fans to get on board and take their health and their weight serious.

The “Who’s That Girl” hitmaker was invited to work with an acquaintance developing the line several years ago, but she turned him down and now regrets her decision.

“Years ago, when I was first coming up in the business and I lived in New York and we would all hang out at (restaurant) Mr Chow, there was this man…, I can’t remember what he did, we were all friendly,” she said on her U.S. talk show The Talk on Thursday. “And he was like, ‘Hey I’m starting this new drink. It’s really good for you. It’s going to be really healthy and it’ll help somebody like you, a performer, it makes a lot of sense’.

“At that time I was too young to be interested in it and it was Vitaminwater.”

“I was just talking to my mother about this, I saw him talking on some type of business journal thing and I was like, Mom that’s that thing that I missed!’ But, you know, it just is what it is,” she added.
