Remy Ma: I’m Still Waiting For Nicki Minaj To Release Before-And-After Surgery Pics (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Remy Ma has stated she’s ready to move past her feud with Nicki Minaj.

However, the Bronx raptress still has one request from her “Shether” target.

During an interview with The Cruz Show, Remy addressed Nicki’s claims of having photos proving she got plastic surgery.

“I’m still waiting for before-and-after pictures. I’m patiently waiting,” said Rem. “This is all me. Every last bit of it.”

The Plata O Plomo album creator added, “But if it wasn’t, then I would say that. It becomes a problem when you’re fronting and you’re acting like it’s not.”

Nicki’s allegations were mentioned in her song “No Frauds” when she rapped, “I got before and after pictures of your surgery.”

Those Minaj lyrics were a response to Remy calling out Nicki on “Shether” for allegedly getting butt enhancement and influencing other women to get the procedure.

“But you point your fingers at me? I’m the bad girl? When she the one out here misleading the black girls?
All these fake a#### influenced by that girl. Dying from botched surgeries. What a sad world,” spit Rem.

The conversation with Power 106 also included Remy Ma pushing back against accusations she uses a ghostwriter.

“Call anybody I do songs with. Call Swizz [Beatz]. You can go back. Ask [Fat] Joe,” suggested Remy. “Or ask people that’s not close to me. I just did a record with A$AP Ferg. Sat right there, wrote my verse right there.”

The industry veteran continued, “I’ve never had anyone ever question my pen.”

Taraji P. Henson Jokes Helped Terrence Howard Lose Weight

(AllHipHop News) Actor Terrence Howard has trimmed 40 pounds off his figure after his “Empire” co-star Taraji P. Henson repeatedly teased him about his weight.

The 48-year-old has been showing off a more slender look in recent months, and he admits it was a little tough love from his TV ex-wife which inspired him to rethink his lifestyle choices.

“Taraji was making so much fun of me at work about me gaining weight,” he explained on U.S. talk show “The View.” “She was like, ‘Do you really wanna look like this for the rest of your career? Is this how you wanna look, Terrence? C’mon.’ So every day she would tug at me until I got it right.”

Terrence set about overhauling his diet and hiring trainer-to-the-stars Darrell Foster to help him reach his new fitness goals.

“No carbs, no salt, no sugar,” he revealed of his strict new health rules. “I was working out with this guy, Darrell Foster – he trained Will Smith – a really beautiful trainer… (and I was doing) five miles in the morning every day, and working out in the afternoon.”

The actor insists it didn’t take too long for him to adapt to his new routine: “You can do it like this: walk a quarter mile, run a quarter mile…,” Terrence said, adding of his reduced salt intake, “After a week, you don’t even miss the salt; you can taste the salt in everything.”

And Terrence has plenty of reasons to continue with his health journey, including his wife Mira Pak and their two young sons, Qirin and Hero.

Heaping praise on Mira for standing by him through good times and bad, he shared, “It’s not when you’re at your highest point that someone shows you the appreciation; my wife came around at a time when no one was really dealing with me, and picked me up and polished me up… and it’s been the greatest blessing of my life.”

The star’s romance with Mira has been filled with drama – they secretly divorced in July, 2015, just two months after baby Qirin was born, only to reconcile weeks later.

They managed to keep the split quiet until the actor’s marital status was brought up in the summer of 2015 as part of his court battle with ex-wife Michelle Ghent over their pricey divorce settlement.

Terrence also has three older children from his first marriage to Lori McCommas.

Video Of Snoop Dogg’s Sign Language Interpreter Has Become A Hit

(AllHipHop News) The clip of the sign language interpreter whose enthusiastic stint at Snoop Dogg’s show went viral has racked up 17 million views online.

Holly Maniatty almost upstaged hip-hop star Snoop Dogg as she relayed his performance via sign language during his concert at the Jazz Fest in New Orleans.

A clip of the certified sign language interpreter was originally posted by “The Good Life Radio Show” on Facebook of Holly rocking out to Snoop’s performance of 50 Cent hit “P.I.M.P.”

It has now been watched 17 million times, and gone viral on social media.

It’s not Maniatty’s first time at the rap rodeo; she was first caught on video at a 2013 Wu-Tang Clan show and has since worked numerous festivals and concerts with hip-hop stars including Public Enemy, Beastie Boys, and Killer Mike.

In a 2013 radio interview she explained how she spends almost 50 to 80 hours studying the music, where the performer is from, where they grew up and even their political affiliations.

“In order to make the interpretations as authentic as possible so the deaf patron is getting as close to the same experience as the hearing people are getting, I’m using signs that are, you know, indigenous to where that person, you know, grew up, or where they’re from or where they’re living currently,” Maniatty told NPR’s “All Songs Considered.”

And her prep clearly pays off as she explained that after the Wu-Tang show, a deaf concertgoer came up to her and said: “I never really got why people like hip-hop so much and now I get it.”

French Montana Partners With Global Citizen For #2BSTRONG African Healthcare Petition

(AllHipHop News) French Montana has announced a partnership with Global Citizen to promote the #2BSTRONG petition campaign.

The Moroccan-born rapper and the New York-based social action advocacy group are calling on African nations to take action on child and maternal health.

An open letter to the continent’s leaders reads (in part): A strong, healthy population is essential to a country’s progress and economic prosperity. Over the past two decades, Africa has succeeded in reducing child and maternal deaths by more than half, saving millions from once widespread diseases like polio and measles. But, we cannot stop halfway and backtrack on these hard-won gains.

The #2BSTRONG agenda includes:

• adopting a national plan for better maternal and child health and make sure national, county, and district governments stick to their promises on health care

• reducing the number of women who die in childbirth by providing basic natal healthcare

• reducing the number of kids who die senselessly under-five due to diseases as basic as pneumonia and diarrhea in every country

• making sure all kids can get immunized and can access life-saving vaccines by 2020

• investing in and strengthen your own health systems, supporting health workers on the ground, so poverty is not a barrier to human beings getting the life-saving health care they need

In March, Montana traveled to Kampala, Uganda to film the video for his song “Unforgettable” featuring Swae Lee.

“When I went to Uganda, I fell in love with the kids. A lot of people say ‘happiness is within.’ Those people are rich on the inside,” the Bad Boy Records artist told Newsweek“I saw that people weren’t able to help themselves as far as health.”

The trip inspired Montana and Mama Hope to launch the #UnforgettableDanceChallenge fundraiser campaign.

Celebrities such as Drake, DJ Khaled, Travis Scott, Diddy, Swizz Beatz, Belly, Young M.A, and others have taken part in the challenge.

Montana pledged $100,000 to help pay for ambulances, premature incubators, cribs, and a blood bank for the Suubi Health Center.

He is looking to raise another $400,000 for the Ugandan community.

Actor Who Played Suge Knight Gets Arrested For Acting Like The Mogul In Real Life

(AllHipHop News) “Straight Outta Compton” actor Richard Marcus Taylor was reportedly arrested on Monday (May 15) for allegedly assaulting a security guard.

The actor and stuntman, who played music mogul Suge Knight in the N.W.A. biopic, is said to have got into an altercation with the guard on Sunday night after he asked the actor to remove his foot from a table as he relaxed in the lobby of the Marenas Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

After Taylor refused and told the guard to “leave him alone” the guard instructed the hotel staff to call the police and he was allegedly confronted by the towering star, who pushed him to the ground and a “full physical fight ensued,” the arrest report said, according to the Miami Herald newspaper.

When police arrived at the scene, they allegedly saw Taylor “pick the victim up and slam him to the ground” before officers had to physically separate the pair.

The actor, who was credited as R. Marcus Taylor in the 2015 movie, has also had roles in TV shows “Luke Cage” and “Sons of Anarchy” and will play “Armie” in the upcoming Edgar Wright movie “Baby Driver.”
