Kanye West Adds New Track “Saint Pablo” To ‘The Life Of Pablo’ Album

(AllHipHop News) Kanye West referred to his latest project, The Life Of Pablo, as a “living album,” and the music superstar continues to change the LP even after its release on Tidal in February.

TLOP now includes a new track titled “Saint Pablo.” The over 6 minute cut shares the same name as Kanye’s upcoming “Saint Pablo Tour.”

The seventh studio album from Kanye has yet to be made available for physical purchase. However, TLOP did make history earlier this year when it became the first project to hit #1 on the Billboard 200 chart off mostly streaming numbers.

August Alsina’s Former Producer Puts Him On Blast

Over the years August Alsina has been put on blast by those close to him for allegedly being fake and not reaching back to his family. It’s seems like August Alsina’s former producer @KnuckDaWorld isn’t feeling August Alsina or the change in his behavior either. Knuck says that when him and August stopped speaking, everyone else in their circle turned their back on him as well. Knuck also calls August out for not even f-cking with his own mom. The producer also went on to say even if they never speak again, August needs to remember that he gave him his sound and his first hit record. Knuck claims that he gave August his full musical identity. To make matters worse, apparently somewhere during the fall out, August allegedly sent Knuck’s girlfriend a screenshot of him talking about sleeping with another woman. August has seemed to be a little bit “off” lately. Do you think his star is dimming?

Schoolboy Q Reveals Title and Artwork For Upcoming Album “Blank Face LP”

(AllHipHopNews) Schoolboy Q recently took to Twitter and unveiled the official title and artwork for his upcoming July 8 release Blank Face LP.

The artwork features the “Crying Jordan” meme with the face removed giving the album an edgy, unsettling look to say the least.

Jordan discussed the use of his image for the hilarious meme back in February, pretty much warning anyone with the intentions of using the meme for commercial purposes.

“Everyone seems to be having fun with the meme … We haven’t seen anyone using it to promote their commercial interests, which is something that we’re monitoring.”

Schoolboy Q’s use of the image would count as commercial use, but it is unknown what steps the MC took behind the scenes for clearance.

Schoolboy Q released the foreboding visuals for his track “Groovy Tony,” in April and also unveiled the video for his Kanye West featuring track “That Part” earlier this month.

The masses are also anticipating releases from fellow TDE stars SZA, Ab Soul, and the newest addition to the West coast collective, Lance Skiiiwalker, later this year.

Blank Face LP is yet to have a tracklist released. Check out the artwork for Q’s July 8 release below.

(AllHipHop News) Donald Glover, known as Childish Gambino in the Hip-Hop world, has been cast for the 2017 reboot of the “Spider-Man” movie series.

Glover’s character is still unknown, however fans are speculating that he will reprise the role of Miles Morales, the black Spider-Man.

The rapper is familiar with the role after he voiced the character in the “Ultimate Spider-Man” animated series.

Glover is no stranger to the acting world, having starred in shows like NBC’s “Community” and his upcoming series “Atlanta,” of which he is lead actor, writer and co-executive producer.

He was even a fan favorite to play “Spider-Man” in Sony’s 2012 remake, but Andrew Garfield landed the role instead.

“Spider-Man: Homecoming” will be co-produced by Sony and Marvel and will be directed by Jon Watts.  Tom Holland, who played Spider-Man in Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” this year, will continue his role, while Robert Downey Jr. will reprise his role as Iron Man.

Danny Brown’s New Video “When It Rain” Is A Trippy Experience

Danny Brown returns to the spotlight with an incredible video for his new single, “When It Rain.”

The video is directed by Mimi Cave and perfectly encapsulates Danny’s stylings juxtaposed with VHS-footage and Detroit’s modern urban surrealism.

“With the blessing of my Fools Gold family by my side, I’m excited to be working with Warp on new material,” Danny Brown said. “They’re music fans to the same high degree I am and I’m looking forward to breaking some rules together.”

Dwayne Johnson Uses Past Experience Of Being Bullied In “Central Intelligence”

For many of his fans, it is unimaginable that Dwayne Johnson, formerly “The Rock” of World Wide Wrestling fame,  could ever have been the subject of bullying.

However, in discussing his role opposite Kevin Hart in his new action comedy “Central Intelligence,” Johnson revealed that when he was 11-years-old, he spent one long summer camp where he was in exactly this position – thanks to one very singularly focused  high school student and his friends.

Seeing what ultimately happened as a result of that summer became an important core experience for Johnson, and the physically imposing star had a lot to pull from when it came to embodying Bob.

The character is an overcompensating formerly unpopular kid who has refashioned himself into a lethal CIA agent, when he reunites with Kevin Hart’s more popular character, Calvin, at what proves to be a fateful high school reunion.

“Yeah, I was bullied,” revealed Johnson. “I thought I was fighting one kid and I got jumped by a gang,” said Johnson, of his junior high experience. “I hit that kid so hard after he was bullying me all summer and then I ran so fast. But it was a good life lesson for me.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4wj5M2gMLM

The life lesson was that when he ran home – so fast that Johnson ran out straight out of his shoes – Johnson’s mother was alarmed. She was not worried about the loss of the shoes or the fact that Johnson had hit his attacker.

She did not like the fact that he had decided to run away from the problem itself.

“(My mother) made me get in the car, drove me back to summer camp, made me go find him and basically made me work it out with him.  But the morale of her story, the lesson was, get in the situation, but don’t you ever run from anybody.  She was like, stand up for yourself,” stated Johnson.

“Central Intelligence” starring Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Aaron Paul, Amy Ryan and Danielle Nicolet opens in theaters nationwide on June 17, 2016.
