Is Lifetime Working On A Beyonce Biopic?

Oh nooooooo Lifetime! You stay far away from all A-list celebrity biopics. They messed up Aaliyah’s and we refuse to let them butcher Beyonce’s! Not on our watch!

Lifetime has scored large hits with some of their biopics, but let’s be honest with biopics like Aaliyah’s most just tuned in to see how bad it was going to be. I couldn’t stomach it after watching the trailer, so I certainly didn’t tune in.

Apparently Lifetime feels like it’s time to tell Beyonce’s story from her Houston dreamer days to becoming one of the greatest artists of all time.

The network wants to chronicle her family sacrifices, Destiny’s Child drama, and her alleged roller coaster love life with her husband Jay Z.

With much backlash from the past, the network is trying to get the casting down! They’re having difficulty finding an actress, who can sing and dance like Queen Bey, look, sound and act the part.

Naw dawg. Lifetime we appreciate your ambition and vision, but this has to be left to the big dogs. Plus, Beyonce deserves a biopic to hit a larger network or one that will hit the theaters. Who could play Beyonce in a movie? Heck, Mariah Carey said no one was even qualified to sing at her wedding?

Toya Wright Claims Lil Wayne Wants That Old Thing Back!

Papa Lil Wayne was certainly a rolling stone if you’ve kept up with his girlfriends, flings, fiancees, and baby mamas, however there is nothing like one’s first love.

Lil Wayne’s ex-wife Toya Wright is claiming that Lil Wayne wants that old thing back despite the fact that Wayne is engaged to his fiancee Dhea.

As we know Toya was never over Wayne even when she married Memphitz. She just was tired of some of his ways and felt it was time to move on.

Their daughter, Reginae, may have hinted at the reunion of her parents when she posted a post on Instagram with the caption, “SorryNotSorry” a few weeks ago.

In Toya’s new book, ‘In My Own Words…MY Reality,’ Toya lets reader know a little bit of information about some text messages she’s been receiving from Wayne.

According to Toya, Lil Wayne reached out to her saying she’ll always be his true love, and that she is the perfect woman.

He allegedly said in a text,

“I want you to know that no matter what woman or relationship I involve myself with, I look for you or a piece of you inside that woman.”

“My definition of a perfect woman is you. Perfect mother, friend, and love. You’re perfect. Sweet but sexy, crazy but cool, mean but modest and if no one knows you, I do,” said Wayne.

Wayne talks about Toya in his book ‘Gone Til November’ also. He says he envisions the perfect life being him having his perfect dream family that includes Toya and his first child Reginae.

Rumor has it that Wayne apparently will get himself together just for her.

So apparently it’s Wayne poetry and magic stick that have all of these women going crazy. Got it. Do you think Toya should give Wayne another chance? Do you think they’ll get back together. After all, rumors spread that they were messing around again when Toya was spotted on Tour with Lil’ Wayne’s last tour run.

Kevin Hart Talks Beanie Sigel / Meek Mill Beef, His New Movie And Philly

(AllHipHop News) Kevin Hart has a new movie coming out tonight, but AllHipHop had to ask the world’s highest grossing comedian about a somewhat trivial rap beef between his fellow Philadelphia natives.

Kevin Hart talked candidly to us about the friction between Beanie Sigel and Meek Mill, which climaxed with the elder artist being assaulted at a concert.

“I’m from Philadelphia. I know them both. I don’t love to see things like that happening. At the end of the day, they’re grown. Those men will handle that. We’ll be back to moving as a unit soon,” Kevin stated. “This is a minor bump. I know that both of my guys are smart and they are very much capable of making strong, firm right decisions that can represent the city of Philadelphia in a positive light. Because they have shined a great light on our city so I don’t even want to see that go backwards.”

Kevin Hart’s new movie, “What’s Now” drops tonight and the comedian hopes people enjoy it. But what about the money? That’s not the focus of the Philly-bred entertainer

“We don’t do anything to not do better that we did before. The goal is to exceed expectations. The goal is to make history. The goal is to break records. The goal is to shine and break records for my generation,” Kevin told AllHipHop. “Right now, that’s what I’m doing. I’m a hard worker. I put blood, sweat and tears into my craft and I expect great things in return.”

Simply, he wants his fanbase to give back what he has put into the dedication he has exemplified in

Uncle Luke Recalls A Party At Donald Trump’s House So Wild, He Had To Leave

Whoever thought there would be a day when 2 Live Crew’s own Uncle Luke would say he attended a party that was even too wild for Mr. Pop That P–sy himself!?!

Uncle Luke recently chatted with Kevin Klein Live and gave a little more info on just how controversial Republican Presidential nominee, Donald Trump, really is.

Luke recalls once being invited to a party at Trump’s West Palm Beach mansion, and being so outraged by the things going on there that he had to leave.

Now one would have to ask what on earth back then could’ve been going on that would be appalling to Uncle Luke. Run and play an old Uncle Luke record or watch an old Uncle Luke video.

Luke shared an anecdote on the radio, but he explained he had to leave a lot out because it would be inappropriate to discuss on air.

“Me, Mike Tyson and Eddie Murphy, we were invited to his mansion in West Palm Beach one time. And he had all these women running around. It was so much going on to the point that I couldn’t take what was going in that room and I left,” said Uncle Luke.

Uncle Luke has also called out the hypocritical Republican party and Trump supporters for their hypocrisy.

“Isn’t this the party that came after me? The right wing conservative Republican party that said, ‘We don’t wanna hear no, ‘I want some…’ We don’t wanna hear no, ‘Face down…’ We don’t wanna hear no, ‘Pop that…’ I spent millions and millions of dollars dealing with this Republican party, and now your nominee is out there talking about ‘Grab her by the coochie’? Are you serious? I want all my money back,” said Uncle Luke.

The leaked audio of Trump’s 2005 controversial statements, have led to public outrage.

Luke kind of has a point. Give that man his coins back. LOL! But frfr we want to know what was going on at that party.

Gay Rapper Milan Christopher Blasts Beanie Sigel For Homophobic Comments

Many have been disappointed with Beanie Sigel lately with his less than satisfactory diss bars as well as his homophobic rants.

During his recent visit at The Breakfast Club, Beans went in to a full out homophobic rant.

“That right there, it’s about like just going too far. Even in the media and television, this homosexuality sh*t is at an all time high and it’s sickening to me. I shouldn’t have to explain to my son why two men is on prime time television kissing,” said Beans.

Former Love & Hip Hop star and openly gay rapper Milan Christopher quickly got wind of the rant and decided to fire back with some bars of his own.

Milan doesn’t understand how Beanie could be so concerned about homosexuality instead of worrying about why the police are killing innocent people or why his music encourages African Americans to kill other African Americans.

Hmmmm does Milan have a point?

EXCLUSIVE: “The Accountant” Sees Affleck Playing A New Sort Of Superhero

As an actor who is no stranger to the realm of cinematic superheroes and their franchises, Ben Affleck’s “The Accountant” is a movie of a different ilk for the star.  This is because “The Accountant” is the first Hollywood movie to base it’s central storyline on the idea that being autistic could imbue a person with special abilities that would make them not only different but much better than the average person when it comes to fighting crime. Considering the depth and authenticity that director Gavin O’Connor and writer Bill Dubuque have exhibited in the making of this crime and action drama, it’s a small wonder that no one thought to make this cinematic leap before now.

For Ben Affleck, this conceptual movie ‘first’ was a major impetus when it came to his desire to play the thriller’s lead character Chris Wolff, aka the accountant. “It’s definitely the most complicated and interesting character that I have ever played,” stated an unabashedly honest Affleck during a meeting with AHH and other members of the press at the Four Season’s Hotel in Beverly Hills alongside director Gavin O’Connor and co-stars J.K. Simmons and Cynthia Addai-Robinson.

“I think it’s a good thing selling the idea that different can be good, it can be better, it can be special,” explained Affleck, adding  the cast and crew’s aim in crafting a riveting movie about an unusual hero. “The main thing we wanted to do was be respectful and be accurate and tell a truthful story.  Not try to sex it up or gloss over things.”

To the job of making Wolff a “truthful” superhero who could rival more conventional superheroes such as Affleck’s own Batman in “Batman vs. Superman” without losing it’s soul, both O’Connor and Affleck put together an autistic “classroom” of sorts, comprised solely of individuals on the autism spectrum.  The results were as unexpected as they were eye opening:

“What struck me was how funny, how much wit people who had Asperger’s had. There was an enormous amount of laughs and conversations,” said Affleck. Continuing, he said, Tthe people we met, they all had very complicated situations and complicated lives.  Some limitations, some abilities with things that many other (non autistic) people couldn’t do. There was an amazing spectrum of special gifts that we found.”

Director O’Connor, took creative long view: “Our GPS was just how would Chris honestly behave? It was the small details of behavior that we were going after. It is a movie about connection. We had to be accurate and truthful…. And we asked a lot of questions.”

As another interesting complication?  Not only is Affleck’s character a mathematical genius, but due to a very compelling backstory graphically revealed in the movie, O’Connor organically decided that Wolff would be a master in the strategically brutal martial art of Pentaksilat. ” It felt like Chris would just want to eliminate people as efficiently and as quickly as possible in a mathematical way, ” director O’Connor stated.  “Ben trained every single day learning how to fight Pentaksilat.  It’s an Indonesian style of fighting.  I guess we just geeked out on it.  It was fun,” remarked O’Connor with a contented smile.

“The Accountant,” starring Ben Affleck, J.K. Simmons, Anna Kendrick, Jon Bernthal, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, John Lithgow and Jeffrey Tambor opens in theaters nationwide on October 14, 2016.
