Top Boy actor Micheal Ward has been charged with two counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault in London following allegations tied to a single woman and an incident from January 2023.
Ward is scheduled to appear before Thames Magistrates’ Court on August 28, according to a statement released Friday by the Metropolitan Police. The charges were confirmed by authorities, who noted the alleged offenses involve one woman.
Detective Superintendent Scott Ware, part of the team handling the case, said, “Our specialist officers continue to support the woman who has come forward – we know investigations of this nature can have significant impact on those who make reports.”
Ward, a rising name in British film and television, rose to prominence playing Jamie in the Netflix crime drama Top Boy, which was executive produced by rapper Drake.
His breakout role helped land him a BAFTA nomination and opened doors to high-profile film projects.
Before acting full-time, Ward worked as a model and appeared in music videos for artists including Lily Allen and Tom Walker. He made his screen debut in the 2016 film “Brotherhood” and later starred in “Empire of Light” opposite Olivia Colman. Most recently, he appeared in the 2024 sports drama The Beautiful Game alongside Bill Nighy.
As of now, Ward has not made any public statements regarding the charges.
Diddy is facing a new civil lawsuit from a man who claims the Hip-Hop mogul and several major hotels conspired to exploit him during a series of disturbing encounters at high-end properties in Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
Michael Ejiawoko filed the suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleging he was recruited by Diddy in 2018 under the false belief that he would be engaging in consensual sex work with adult women.
Instead, Ejiawoko says he later discovered the women were coerced, and that Diddy orchestrated and observed the acts without participating. The complaint also names The Palazzo, Wynn Las Vegas and The London West Hollywood as defendants.
Ejiawoko accuses hotel staff of helping Diddy conceal his identity and facilitate the encounters by booking rooms under aliases, including the name “Mr. Star.”
“Hotel staff knowingly facilitated Mr. Combs’ illicit activities by reserving hotel rooms under aliases, including the name ‘Mr. Star,’ to shield Combs’ identity, granting access to private or secured areas to Combs and his JOHN DOE associates, escorting Ejiawoko and other participants in the encounters to and from rooms, cleaning and removing paraphernalia used in the encounters, including oils, substances, and drug-related items; e. Failing to report or investigate clear signs of illegal conduct,” said Ejiawoko’s attorney, Jonathan D. Evans.
Ejiawoko claims he was instructed to use oil provided by Diddy, which he believes was laced with drugs. He also says the sexual encounters were secretly recorded without his permission.
The lawsuit alleges that Diddy and the hotels collaborated to conceal the activities and avoid legal consequences.
The suit accuses Diddy and the hotels of sexual battery, civil conspiracy and violations of the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act. Ejiawoko argues he was unable to give informed consent due to being drugged and misled.
He is seeking more than $500,000 in damages for emotional distress and mental anguish, along with punitive damages and attorney fees. He has requested a jury trial.
The lawsuit adds to a growing list of legal troubles for Diddy, who has recently faced multiple civil complaints involving allegations of sexual misconduct, according to the court filing.
Jess Hilarious refused to back down after critics demanded an apology for confronting popular streamer N3on over his history of racist remarks during his tense appearance on “The Breakfast Club.”
“A lot of you are still waiting for me to apologize to this lil muthafucka and it ain’t gone’ happen,” she said in a video posted to Instagram Thursday (July 24), standing firm on her decision to call out the controversial content creator.
The comedian followed up with a compilation of N3on’s past offensive statements, including clips of him saying “I f###### hate you Black people” and referring to Black people as his “least favorite race.”
She also included footage of N3on looking dejected after the interview, saying, “they wouldn’t even shake my hand.”
Jess explained that she did her homework before the interview, noting that N3on had reached out to appear on the show.
“What he thought would be a walk in the park turned into something else,” she said.
Her caption on the post took another jab at N3on: “And @n3onsingh is still currently talking slick…but BACK IN THE HOUSE! Remember you come back in a year….’ make that change’ Michael Jackson. SOME SAY WE WENT TOO HARD, I SAY WE DIDNT DO ENOUGH! Regardless…it’s all love.”
The backlash against N3on intensified as netizens reacted to his recent video titled “My Next Chapter.” The post featured collaborations with several Black creators, including Nick Cannon and Dave Blunts.
Social media users quickly flooded his comments, questioning how someone with such a documented history of racism could now align himself with Black talent.
“Wait so all the Collabs he got that made him pop is with all black ppl. But he h@tes us,” one commenter wrote. “This video show all his interviews and live streams with nothing but BLACK PPL.”
Another added, “How is any black person under his comments promoting him? How does any black person work for him? Have we really lost the plot much.”
N3on Reacts To Viral “Breakfast Club” Interview
N3on’s appearance on “The Breakfast Club” on Monday (July 15) quickly turned combative. The hosts pressed him on his past behavior and the toxic culture in his livestream chat.
He described the experience as feeling like an “interrogation room,” claiming, “the motive was just very f##### up.”
He admitted to getting emotional during the interview and said he was overwhelmed by the confrontation.
When asked to address a specific offensive comment he made about streamer Kai Cenat’s mother, N3on declined to repeat it but said he would never make such a comment again. Jess quoted the remark directly, which escalated the tension.
Despite N3on’s claim that his team is entirely Black, Jess pointed out that his chat remained filled with racist content. The interview ended abruptly following the heated exchange.
Sean Kingston could be looking at up to six and a half years behind bars after federal prosecutors argued he should be held fully accountable for a multimillion-dollar fraud scheme tied to more than 20 victims.
The government is urging the court to consider a broader scope of financial damage in Kingston’s sentencing, following the recent conviction and five-year prison term handed to his mother, Janice Kingston, for her role in the same case.
In March, a jury convicted say the singer and his mother for attempting to swindle approximately $3.1 million through a string of high-end scams involving luxury goods.
AllHipHop has learned that the court’s initial report “failed to account for all victims and the full monetary loss,” which could now result in increased prison terms and restitution amounts for Sean Kingston.
According to the filing, the fraud involved at least 21 individuals or businesses. Prosecutors say Kingston should be ordered to repay $1.17 million.
The court has already reviewed evidence, including fake documents and text messages used to deceive sellers of expensive items, such as a 232-inch television, a bulletproof Cadillac Escalade and custom jewelry.
While the government stopped short of explicitly requesting a longer sentence, it noted that “recognizing the full scope of the loss could increase the applicable sentencing range” under federal guidelines.
Kingston currently faces a potential sentence of 63 to 78 months in prison after being convicted of one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and four counts of wire fraud.
The court will now weigh whether to adjust the sentencing recommendation and restitution based on the broader financial impact presented by prosecutors.
Toxic Rob just dropped off the heat and summer will never be the same. His brand-new EP “TOXIC SUMMER” is officially out now, bringing five tracks that blend Latin bounce, slick hip-hop bars, and club-ready energy into one explosive package.
From the jump, “TOXIC SUMMER” makes it clear: Toxic Rob doesn’t play by the rules. He’s a genre disruptor, effortlessly sliding between high-energy drill, introspective trap, and Latin-infused dance beats, all while keeping his bars sharp and his delivery on point. Whether he is gliding over heavy bass or floating on vibrant percussion, Rob brings charisma and control to every track.
The EP opens with “GET LITE,” a drill anthem tailor-made for movement and an infectious hook, clean flows, and undeniable bounce. “TABLA” turns up the temperature with Latin drums and raw energy, built for festival stages and packed-out dance floors. On “NOT LIKE ME,” Rob flexes a playful side with a dancey rhythm and confident swagger. “50 WAYS” goes deeper, showing lyrical introspection and melodic finesse. Closing it out is “$OLDI,” a hypnotic slow-burn laced with a dope sample, as Rob reflects on manifestation and his rise through the game.
From building beats in his family’s home studio at 16 to performing on major stages like Red Rocks, HARD Summer, and Project Glow, Toxic Rob’s evolution is real. His breakout collab with TroyBoi, “Dhunga,” clocked over a million streams, and his profile has only risen since co-signs, major remixes (including Brody Jenner), and a string of boundary-pushing releases like his latest single “Pants.”
With TOXIC SUMMER, Toxic Rob makes one thing clear: he is not following the wave, he is the wave. Stream the full EP now and catch the vibe.
Smokey Robinson has been named in a fifth police report alleging sexual battery, filed Wednesday (July 16) at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Malibu/Lost Hills station, adding to a growing criminal probe already involving four other accusers.
According to TMZ, the latest complaint was submitted by another Jane Doe, bringing the total number of women accusing the 85-year-old Motown legend to five.
All five have now filed official reports with the sheriff’s department, which is actively investigating claims of sexual assault and misconduct said to span multiple years.
The allegations follow a $50 million civil lawsuit filed in May 2025 by four former employees who accused Robinson of sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and fostering a hostile work environment.
The lawsuit originally involved four accusers who worked as housekeepers and one as a personal assistant. The women made allegations of repeated sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, and hostile work environment claims spanning from 2006 to 2024.
The accusers describe similar patterns of abuse, including Robinson allegedly showering before assaults and taking measures to avoid physical evidence, with detailed accounts of forceful penetration and other acts causing significant harm.
The women, all represented by the same legal team, remain anonymous in the filings.
Robinson and his wife have denied the claims and responded with a $500 million countersuit, accusing the women of defamation and emotional distress. His legal team has described the accusations as part of an extortion attempt.
Robinson’s attorney, Christopher Frost, told TMZ the emergence of a fifth accuser was expected given the public nature of the initial lawsuit.
“Our focus is on exposing the falsity of the Doe lawsuit, where the Does and their lawyers have taken a hit and run approach — making allegations against a beloved 85-year-old cultural icon and subsequently refusing to reveal their identities or unequivocally sit for a deposition, where the truth can actually be determined.”
Frost also referred to the accusers as “interconnected Jane Does and their shared attorneys,” suggesting a coordinated legal strategy.
Steph Curry is setting the record straight about his viral reaction to Kendrick Lamar’s epic Drake diss, “Not Like Us,” blasting following a USA Basketball game in the summer of 2024.
The Golden State Warriors star was caught on camera visibly annoyed as the track played in the background, muttering, “Damn, with this song. It’s not the only song in America.” Now, in a new interview with Complex, Curry cleared the air and explained the real reason behind the side-eye heard around the internet.
“It was both,” Curry said, referring to the song’s constant rotation and his loyalty to Drake. “Everywhere we went, it was all I heard. And the fact that they know who I was with. You can’t do nothing about what the DJ’s playing. But I got sick of it at a certain point. It’s funny, the cameras caught me because that was from the soul.”
Curry and Drake’s bond runs deeper than celebrity circles. The two have shared a close friendship for years, one that Curry says is rooted in family ties. “We’re all in the same boat,” he said, noting that his wife Ayesha’s cousin is from Toronto, which helped form the connection.
That relationship has made Steph Curry vocal about where he stands when it comes to the Kendrick vs. Drake saga.
At the height of the feud, Curry declared, “I’m a big Drake guy,” making it clear where his loyalty lies.
Drake Fires Subliminal Shots In “What Did I Miss?”
Meanwhile, Drake addressed the fallout from the beef in his track “What Did I Miss,” where he called out people he once considered close.
In the song, he raps, “I saw bro in the Pop Out with them but been d*ckriding gang since ‘Headlines.”
The line appears to reference those who attended Kendrick’s “Pop Out” concert in June 2024, specifically LeBron James, suggesting they switched sides when things got tense.

Hit-Boy walked away from an 18-year publishing agreement, likening it to a prison term, crediting JAY-Z and Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez for helping him finally break free.
The Grammy-winning producer announced his release on social media, calling the moment life-changing and thanking the two industry powerhouses for stepping in.
“Helped secure my freedom,” he wrote, referring to JAY-Z’s involvement. “Today I am a free man. I feel like I just got out the pen after an 18-year sentence.”
He also praised Perez, adding, “much appreciation to desiree perez for also making this happen the love and respect on my end runs deep and i appreciate all the help frr.”
Hit-Boy, who signed the original deal when he was 19, said the experience taught him the value of ownership and creative control.
“More valuable than a plane or anything tangible,” he said of his independence.
The producer, known for crafting hits like “N****s in Paris,” also reflected on his journey with JAY-Z and how their connection began.
“The first CD i ever bought with my own money was the Blueprint by Jay-Z when i was 13 years old,” he wrote. “I never would’ve imagined when playing that album over and over and studying it that i would have the opportunity to work with him 10 years later.”
He continued, “The first song ever released that i produced for jay was ‘n**gas in paris’ i remember getting a text from hov after the song dropped and was going crazy and he said ‘if you get me another ‘ns in paris’ ill get you a plane’ jokingly.”
Hit-Boy Shares New Single “What’s The Deal?”
Now free to move on his own terms, Hit-Boy dropped a new single titled “What’s the Deal?” on Thursday (July 24), marking the beginning of a new chapter. “First day of the rest of my life!” he posted, teasing the track and its accompanying video.
Cardi B‘s attorney slammed a new civil lawsuit tied to her 2023 Las Vegas microphone toss as a blatant cash grab and accused the plaintiff’s legal team of exploiting her celebrity for profit.
The Hip-Hop star’s lawyer, Drew Findling, called the complaint “opportunistic” and pointed out that both the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the Clark County District Attorney’s Office had already shut the case down due to “insufficient evidence.”
“The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and the Clark County District Attorney’s Office closed this matter for insufficient evidence a long time ago,” Findling told TMZ on Thursday (July 24). “But apparently the opportunity to try to make money off of a celebrity was too much for some willing law firm to pass up.”
The lawsuit, filed by an unnamed woman listed as Jane Doe, claims she endured physical pain and emotional trauma after being struck by a microphone Cardi B hurled into the crowd at Drai’s Beachclub.
The incident went viral in July 2023 after video showed Cardi reacting to a drink being thrown on her mid-performance.
The plaintiff argues she was simply following Cardi’s own instructions to the crowd to splash her with water to help beat the heat. Her legal team says the rapper responded with excessive force, causing lasting harm. The suit also claims that the woman’s distress was exacerbated by the fact that the microphone was later auctioned off for charity, turning the moment into a public spectacle.
LeBron James has taken legal action against an artificial intelligence company after it created and circulated digitally altered videos showing him pregnant and embracing Diddy, prompting swift takedowns across social media.
Attorneys for the Los Angeles Lakers star issued cease-and-desist letters to Interlink AI and several high-traffic Instagram accounts that shared the manipulated content.
The videos, which spread across TikTok, Instagram and Discord, placed James in bizarre and fabricated situations, including being visibly pregnant and in a prison cell with Diddy.
The legal threat forced multiple accounts to delete content or shut down entirely. Interlink AI, the company behind the viral clips, also removed all realistic depictions of celebrities from its platform.
The AI-generated videos were part of a growing trend of “brainrot” content, a term used to describe absurdist, often surreal clips that mash up celebrities in unlikely scenarios.
I didn’t even know pregnant lebron was a thing but now I can’t stop watching this video. It’s the Jordan Crawford dunk all over again pic.twitter.com/4TxQiNlwU4
In James’ case, the videos included him cradling a baby bump and interacting with other public figures in imaginary scenes.
These videos, though clearly artificial, triggered widespread commentary and debate about the ethical boundaries of AI and deepfake content.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, the controversy only fueled the spread of more fake videos. Users continued to post manipulated clips of James in increasingly outlandish scenarios, despite the legal clampdown.
Drake premiered the second chapter of his cinematic livestream series “Iceman” on Thursday (July 24) from Manchester with a dark new track and a bizarre Pinocchio chase.
The 41-minute visual, titled “Iceman Episode 2,” introduced fresh music and cryptic symbolism as the rapper continues the rollout for his upcoming album Iceman.
The stream began around 9:10 p.m. ET, roughly 10 minutes after its scheduled start, following a teaser Drake posted earlier that day.
One of the more surreal scenes showed Drake being chased by a person dressed as Pinocchio, which viewers interpreted as a metaphor for betrayal or dishonesty—possibly aimed at ongoing feuds.
The episode featured a collaboration with U.K. rapper Central Cee, who appeared alongside Drake for the debut of their new song “WHICH ONE.”
The stream had mixed reactions online. Some praised the visuals and Central Cee’s inclusion, while others felt the music offering was thin.
The livestream also included subtle lyrical and visual jabs. Anti-Kendrick Lamar chants could be heard from the crowd, and references to LeBron James were spotted.
“Iceman Episode 2” continues the buildup to Iceman, Drake’s ninth solo studio album, which is expected later in 2025. The first episode, which dropped on July 4, featured the single “What Did I Miss?” and visuals of a Toronto-based ice delivery truck—an apparent nod to the album’s title.
The whole episode is available now on Drake’s official YouTube channel. No release date for Iceman has been confirmed.
Hulk Hogan dominated television screens and childhood memories throughout the ’80s and ’90s. Bro was a larger-than-life icon with bandanas and body slams. The vibes have exposed a more complicated legacy. If you are of a certain state of mind, you know what I’m talking about.
As condolences pour in, another conversation is happening online—one that remembers not just the hero in the ring but also the man behind the persona. That man, Terry Bollea, never truly rebounded from a racist tirade that went public a decade ago.
Here’s the part that got me. The Hulkster died on the same date—10 years to the day—that audio surfaced of him using the N-word repeatedly. He was caught demeaning his daughter’s then-boyfriend, who was Black. God don’t like ugly.
The comments were flat out racist. “I mean, I’d rather if she was going to f*** some n####r, I’d rather have her marry an 8-foot tall n####r worth a hundred million dollars,” he said. He said much more than that. Disgusting.
The WWE quickly cut ties. Sponsors disappeared. We never forgot and never forgave. He could’ve apologized. He could’ve tried redemption. Instead, he doubled down, backed Trump and did nothing to repair the relationship we had with him.
Yup, Hogan never issued a sincere public apology. Just silence. To some, his refusal to grow was like a slap in the face. He stood on business and that business was anti-Black and racist.
Death often softens legacies, but Hogan’s has only made people step up. Andre The Giant was my dude anyway. By the way, some of y’all look like this:
Two things can be true. He was our childhood. And he was a racist.
There was a chance, but in the end, he didn’t do any of thing he could have. So, bye bye, brother.
Thaweesak Namwongsa was found lifeless in his bedroom in Rayong, Thailand, after reportedly surviving on nothing but beer for nearly a month, according to local authorities.
The 44-year-old father was discovered by his 16-year-old son, who returned home from school to find him unconscious. Emergency responders from the Siam Rayong Foundation were called to the home in the Ban Chang district on Thursday (July 24), but Namwongsa had already died by the time they arrived.
Inside the room, paramedics counted more than 100 empty beer bottles scattered across the floor. Narrow walkways had been cleared through the clutter, allowing just enough space for Namwongsa to move between his bed and the door.
A father has died after reportedly consuming only alcohol for an entire month, with over a hundred empty beer bottles found around him. Thaweesak Namwongsa, 44, is believed to have suffered a seizure and tragically passed away before paramedics could intervene. pic.twitter.com/bCh1d244eZ
His teenage son, who had been living with him since his parents’ separation, told police he had been trying to care for his father. “I cooked hot meals every day, but he wouldn’t eat,” the boy said, per The Sun. He added that his father began drinking heavily after the divorce and refused to eat solid food in the weeks leading up to his death.
Authorities have not yet confirmed the official cause of death. An autopsy is scheduled for later this week, but investigators suspect that prolonged alcohol use played a major role.
Health experts warn that drinking only beer for a month would cause someone to quickly suffer from severe malnutrition, primarily due to vitamin and protein deficiencies. Beer lacks critical nutrients such as vitamin C and protein; without these, a person risks developing conditions like scurvy (from vitamin C deficiency) and muscle wasting (from lack of protein).
Over time, the person might experience muscle loss, weakened immune function and eventually organ damage, particularly affecting the heart and liver. Beer also contains alcohol, which is toxic to the body in significant amounts, leading to the risk of dehydration, liver damage and other complications such as digestive issues and disrupted sleep.
While beer provides calories and some fluid, its diuretic effect can worsen hydration if not balanced with water. In summary, living solely on beer for a month would be dangerous and damaging to anyone’s health, resulting in malnutrition and potentially severe medical problems or, in this case, death.
Namwongsa’s death remains under investigation, with results from the autopsy expected in the coming days.
Kanye West is being accused by his former assistant of orchestrating a swatting campaign against her after she filed a lawsuit alleging sexual assault, harassment and other misconduct, prompting her to go into hiding.
Lauren Pisciotta, 36, who worked for the rapper from 2021 until her termination in 2022, claims she has been targeted with false emergency calls to law enforcement —a tactic known as swatting —following her legal action against West, who now goes by Ye.
Swatting involves making fake reports of violent crimes to prompt an armed police response at a specific location. Pisciotta claims this has happened to her multiple times since she came forward with her allegations.
“She is suffering and has been suffering since she began working for Mr West. It’s really sad – she’s gone through a lot,” said her attorney, Arick Fudali.
The lawsuit outlines an incident where Pisciotta says Ye drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session that included Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Pisciotta also accuses West of repeatedly sending explicit messages and performing sexual acts over the phone and in person.
In social media posts, West lashed out at Pisciotta with crude and offensive remarks. In one post, he wrote, “WHY DID I NEVER F*** LAUREN PISCIOTTA SHE SMELLED FUNNY AND HALF OF THE NBA CAN ATTEST TO THAT.”
In another, he stated, “REAL RAPE IS DIFFERENT THAN SOME ATTRACTIVE INCOMPETENT B#### WEARING TIGHT ASS PANTS TO WORK. AND KEEPING RECEIPTS TO EXTORT THEIR BOSS SOMEDAY.”
Kanye West’s spokesperson dismissed the claims, saying, “Lauren Pisciotta’s amended complaint is the fourth version she has advanced. Each new revision contradicts the others. We stand ready to annihilate Ms Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury − an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”
Pisciotta alleges she was promised a $3 million severance after being let go from her $1 million-a-year position, which required her to be on call around the clock.
GloRilla called out Georgia law enforcement for arresting her on drug charges instead of tracking down the intruders who broke into her home while she was out of town performing.
The Memphis rapper, whose real name is Gloria Woods, took to Twitter (X) on Thursday (July 24) to address her arrest for felony marijuana possession after police allegedly found cannabis in her Forsyth County home during a burglary investigation.
“CRAZY,” she wrote. “My House got Home Invaded Saturday. While I was in Indianapolis performing for the WNBA all star game & instead of Focusing on finding the Suspects, they focus on some cannabis. 1. So no I wasn’t busted. 2. My house got robbed. 3. I wasn’t home. Long story short my house gets home invaded and Im the only one that gets arrested. So that’s tea.”
CRAZY‼️ My House got Home Invaded Saturday
While I was in Indianapolis performing for the WNBA all star game & instead of Focusing on finding the Suspects , they focus on some cannabis
1. So no I wasn’t busted
2. My house got robbed
3. I wasn’t home
According to a Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office report, deputies responded to a burglary call at Woods’ residence around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday (July 19). Three suspects were reportedly in the process of stealing items when someone inside the home fired shots, causing the intruders to flee. No arrests have been made in connection with the break-in.
While investigating the scene, deputies reported smelling marijuana and later discovered what they described as “a significant amount of marijuana” in the master bedroom closet. Woods was subsequently charged with felony possession of marijuana and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance. She turned herself in to the Forsyth County Jail on Monday (July 22) and was released later that day after posting a $22,260 bond.
Her attorney, Drew Findling, issued a statement to XXL criticizing the arrest. “The arrest of Gloria Woods is a disturbing window into how warped law enforcement priorities have become,” the statement read. “Ms. Woods was out of town when her residence became a target for a group of home invaders who most likely knew she wasn’t there. What they didn’t know was that she had family staying with her that were traumatized by the violent entrance of this group, who grabbed high-value jewelry before taking off once they realized the home wasn’t vacant.”
Findling added, “When her family members did the right thing and called law enforcement, instead of investigating the violent home invasion and theft at Ms. Woods’ home, they instead sought a search warrant when they spotted what they believed was a small amount of marijuana. Law enforcement then sought arrest warrants for her even though she hadn’t been at her home for some time. No arrest warrants have been issued for the violent home invaders. Ms. Woods is a victim, not a suspect. This is our tax dollars at work, absolutely unbelievable.”
In response, Forsyth County Sheriff Ron Freeman defended the department’s actions. “The homeowner is a victim of a serious crime, and we are committed to bringing the suspects to justice,” Freeman said. “At the same time, we must continue to uphold and enforce the law in all aspects of this case.”
GloRilla, 24, rose to prominence in 2022 with her breakout single “F.N.F. (Let’s Go),” which became a viral anthem and earned her a Grammy nomination. Known for her gritty Southern delivery and raw lyrics, she quickly became one of rap’s most talked-about new voices, landing collaborations with Cardi B and Latto and performing at major festivals and award shows.
Post Malone just notched a legal win in his ongoing custody fight after his ex-girlfriend, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, officially withdrew her California court petition to relocate their daughter from Utah to Los Angeles.
Park, who moved to California last fall following their breakup, had been seeking primary custody in Los Angeles. However, Post argued that their daughter has spent nearly her entire life in Utah and should remain there.
Park dropped her California case earlier this week with prejudice, meaning she cannot refile it. The decision came just days before a scheduled court hearing.
The couple will now continue their custody proceedings in Utah, where Post had already filed his own case.
Jeezy is celebrating two decades of Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101 with more than just music—he’s giving back to Atlanta with a significant community initiative aimed at wellness, education and opportunity.
On Saturday (July 26), the Hip-Hop heavyweight will host “Community Day” at Impact Church in East Point, Georgia, alongside his Street Dreamz Foundation and national nonprofit partner LISC, offering free resources to hundreds of families.
Timed with his sold-out symphony tour stop in Atlanta, the event is set to provide over 500 children with school supplies, distribute 25,000 pounds of food and offer health screenings for diabetes, blood pressure and prostate health.
“When we talk about building real change in our communities, it starts with trust, commitment, and knowing that the people on the ground matter,” Jeezy said. “That’s why I’m proud to announce a transformational partnership between Street Dreamz Foundation and LISC—a national leader that has stood shoulder-to-shoulder with local organizations for over four decades.”
The event also includes mental health resources, career development opportunities, and interactive learning stations. Attendees will receive a virtual passport to guide them through the various services, encouraging full participation across the day’s offerings.
The partnership with LISC, which has invested over $25 billion in underserved communities, aligns with Street Dreamz Foundation’s mission to uplift individuals from within.
Together, they’re launching a long-term strategy focused on health, entrepreneurship and youth empowerment.
“Street Dreamz Foundation has always believed in investing in wellness, opportunity, and leadership from the inside out. LISC shares that belief—and brings the infrastructure, investment tools, and reach to help us scale what works,” Jeezy said. “This partnership isn’t about charity—it’s about building power. It’s about making sure our neighborhoods have access to the same opportunities, the same capital, and the same future as anywhere else.”
The Urban League will also be on-site, offering housing and financial literacy resources. The event marks the beginning of a year-long series of activations in cities such as Atlanta, Detroit, and Cincinnati, aiming to reach thousands of young people and support small businesses.
“Over the next year, we’re rolling out a series of activations designed to meet people where they are,” Jeezy said. “These aren’t one-off events—they’re building blocks for long-term opportunity, wellbeing, and economic mobility.”
The date of the event holds special meaning for Jeezy. July 26 marks 20 years since the release of Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101, the album that debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Rap and R&B charts and eventually went double platinum. It was more than a record—it became a cultural statement.
“We invite our partners—from brands to funders to local leaders—to walk with us,” Jeezy added. “Because this isn’t just a campaign. It’s a movement. And it’s powered by the heart of the community.”
Community Day will take place at Impact Church in East Point from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. No registration is required.
Drake sent social media into overdrive on Wednesday night after teasing a mysterious “9PM” announcement on Instagram, leaving followers scrambling for answers and speculation.
The Toronto rapper posted a cryptic message to his Instagram Story that simply read “9 P.M.” in bold white font against a black background. No caption. No details. Just the time.
Within minutes, timelines were flooded with theories ranging from a surprise album drop to a diss record aimed at Kendrick Lamar, following their headline-making feud earlier this year.
The buzz comes as Drake continues to tease his upcoming project Iceman, which marks his first major solo release since the public back-and-forth with Lamar in 2024.
The rollout began earlier this month with the single “What Did I Miss?” which quickly climbed to the top of Spotify’s U.S. chart and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The track’s lyrics stirred conversation for what many believe are subtle jabs at Lamar and other former collaborators. The song’s title alone had listeners dissecting every bar for hidden messages.
Drake has leaned heavily into the Iceman persona, using it as a symbol of emotional detachment and control. The album reportedly explores betrayal, heartbreak and fractured relationships—both personal and professional.
Promotional content has been just as calculated. A livestream event earlier this month followed an ice truck through the streets of Toronto, soundtracked by unreleased tracks.
Visual teasers have included nods to F1 driver Kimi Räikkönen, NBA Hall of Famer George Gervin and the Marvel character Iceman—all reinforcing the cold, stoic theme.
The upcoming album is reportedly more rap-driven than his recent work, departing from his signature melodic hooks. There is still no confirmed release date, but Drake has promised it’s “coming soon.”
With nearly 20 years in the game, Drake shows no signs of slowing down. He’s also set to headline several major music festivals in 2025, aligning with the album’s promotional cycle.
As of July 24, 2025, the only thing confirmed is that Drake knows how to keep people watching—and guessing.
Hulk Hogan died Thursday (July 24) in Clearwater, Florida, following a cardiac arrest, ending a decades-long career that reshaped professional wrestling and pop culture.
Paramedics and police responded to a 911 call at Hogan’s residence on July 24 just after sunrise. The 71-year-old was carried out on a stretcher and taken to a nearby ambulance, where he was pronounced dead.
Although his wife, Sky, had recently said his heart was “strong,” Hogan had been recovering from a May neck surgery and other lingering health problems.
His team said the hospitalization stemmed from cumulative injuries sustained during his wrestling career and recent medical procedures.
In the weeks leading up to his death, rumors swirled about Hogan’s condition, with some outlets falsely reporting he was near death.
However, close friends and family denied those claims, saying he was recovering and even took part in karaoke with his son.
He headlined eight of the first nine WrestleMania events and held the WWF Championship for a record-setting 1,474 days. His 1988 televised match against André the Giant drew 33 million viewers, still one of the most-watched wrestling events in U.S. history.
In 1990 and 1991, Hogan became the first wrestler to win back-to-back Royal Rumble matches. He later reinvented himself in 1996 as “Hollywood” Hulk Hogan, founding the villainous New World Order (nWo) faction in WCW and winning six WCW World Heavyweight titles.
Beyond the ring, Hogan appeared in films like Rocky III and Suburban Commando, and starred in the VH1 reality series Hogan Knows Best.
In 1995, he released an album titled Hulk Rules with The Wrestling Boot Band, featuring his then-wife Linda Hogan and longtime collaborator Jimmy Hart. Songs like “Hulkster’s in the House” and “American Made” blended Hip-Hop, rock and patriotic themes.
Hogan was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice—once in 2005 as a solo performer and again in 2020 with the nWo.
