Young Thug Says Kanye West Wants To Do An Album With Him

Lil’ Wayne may not like Young Thug, but Kanye West does.

In his recent interview with Rolling Out, Thugger said that Kanye West is a big fan of his music and has even compared him to Bob Marley. He said after Yeezus requested to hear all of his unreleased music during a tour stop in Los Angeles, he said he wanted to an album with him.

“He had a Beats Pill and was like, ‘I wanna hear all of your music in the world that’s not out,’ the Barter 6 rapper said. “So I was letting him hear all the music. Then he said I was like Bob Marley and he wanted to do an album with me. I was like, ‘Let’s roll!…Kanye is like my brother, but he’s a real fan.”

The “Danny Glover” rapper is gearing up to release his next mixtape, Slime Season, on July 4th, coincidentally the same day Lil’ Wayne is dropping the Free Weezy Album project.

Chance The Rapper To Star In Mystery Film, ‘Slice’

Chance the Rapper has been bit by the acting bug, again. The Chi-town rapper has been tapped to star in a mystery flick, Slice. According to reports, the film, which is directed by Austin Vesley, follows characters as they try to find out who killed a local pizza delivery man. Slice is due out in 2016. Chance will play a character named Dax. No word on how his role fits into the plot.

“When a pizza delivery driver is murdered on the job, the city searches for someone to blame: ghosts? drug dealers? a disgraced werewolf?,” reads the IMDb page. Chance is also listed as a producer for the film.

The “Juice” rapper also starred in a short film earlier this year, Mr. Happy,  where he played a suicidal loner who has had many unsuccessful attempts at killing himself.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Estate Files $40 Million Lawsuit Against Nick Gordon

The estate for Bobbi Kristina Brown has filed a $40 million lawsuit against her boyfriend Nick Gordon alleging that he abused Brown and stole money, Entertainment Tonight reports.

The lawsuit, which was filed by Brown’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove, claims that there were instances of domestic violence between Brown and Gordon where Gordon dragged Brown upstairs by her hair and punched her in the face, knocking out her front tooth. It is also alleged the Gordon was controlling and limited who Brown could interact with.  Gordon is also accused of stealing money from Brown and actually transferred $11,000 from her account to his after she was taken to the hospital in January.

On Jan. 31st, she was supposed to meet with up someone to disclose about Gordon’s abusive behavior but she never made it to the meeting. She was found face down in her bathtub with a swollen mouth and a missing tooth.

The incident is currently being investigated.

Chris Brown To Perform Free Concert In Haiti

Chris Brown is headed to Haiti to perform a free concert to ease residents minds during a tumultuous time, TMZ reports.  Brown was asked by boxer Andre Berto, who is of Haitian descent, to fly over and perform and he agreed.

Breezy posted the news on his Instagram account saying Concert tonight in Haiti!! Putting on a free show for the people of Haiti!”

The Dominican Republic’s government has began to deport residents who did not submit an application for legal residency, which affects many Haitian migrant workers.  So far, 14,000 Haitians have reportedly left or have been deported and many of them have no place to live or work.

Tyga Has Fight With Club Owner In Switzerland (VIDEO)

Tyga reportedly came to blows with a Swiss club owner after showing up late for a performance, TMZ reports.

T-Raww was scheduled to perform last night at Envogue Genève, a club in Geneva, Switzerland and his set was supposed to be an hour long. The former Young Money spitter showed up considerably late and was only on stage for 10 minutes, which left the club owner feeling some type of way.

The owner went after Tyga after he left the club around 4:00 a.m to confront him about his tardiness. A fight then broke out between Tyga and the club owner’s entourage. Someone in the club owner’s entourage allegedly brandished a gun which led to Tyga making quick getaway.

Pure Ignorance: Brooklyn Teens Slap And Choke Uber Driver

These young punks decided to assault this Uber driver because he refused to drive them (possibly because they were smoking in his car and acting rowdy). The baffling part is that they recorded a video of the incident and posted it. Hopefully the police will capture these idiots swiftly.

Diddy, The Lox, Lil Kim, Faith Evans & Other Bad Boy Artists To Reunite At BET Awards 2015?

Some 1990’s Hip Hop fans may want to get excited. Going by recent Instagram posts, a lot of Bad Boy affiliated artists have been putting in practice time together.

Jadakiss uploaded a pic of The Lox, Diddy, Lil Kim, Ma$e, and Cassie sitting on a stage. French Montana added a photo of some of the same people on a different day. And Faith Evans posted a video of her rehearsing with Diddy. Mario Winans and 112 were pictured at the rehearsals too.

Will the mega reunion happen at the BET Awards this weekend? We’ll have to wait and see.
