Fetty Wap somehow keeps a lot of women. Apparently, the Trap Queen waiting list is long. His ex has been going in on Instagram. She recently posted a video saying if Fetty was going to cheat he could’ve at least cheated with someone who was “BAD” and not a thot. The question is, is she still talking about Masika or the newly emerged Trap Queen below?
As you’ve probably noticed the messiness of Draya and Orlando Scandrick’s cancelled engagement has spilled out onto social media. It has been said that Scandrick has now filed a restraining order against Draya. The Game, who is not a stranger to expressing his feelings on social media, was sure to let it be known that he was not feeling Scandrick’s decision. The Game said that it was some h*e sh*t. He also asked what could Draya do other than put some Mint Swim on Scandrick. LOL! We will see if The Game goes in some more since Orlando decided to follow him on Instagram.
When I think about my comic book experiences growing up, if I was collecting my comic book for the week, the only way I knew about Ant-Man was from The Mighty Avengers comic book. knowing that his Pym Particles made him grow and shrink were, next to The Vision or Ironman, was more lack luster of a hero you aspire to as a kid.
Marvel went out on a limb doing a movie with the The Guardians Of The Galaxy but, the action/comedic approach worked like a charm. Last night, I saw a screening of Ant-Man. Let’s all be real, approaching this in a comedic way was the best approach. Using Michael Douglas, an establish and great actor as Dr. Pym the retired Ant-Man, another great decision. The comedy really shined when Paul Rudd delivered a great performance as the modern day Ant-Man, giving the Ant-Man story line a fresh new take with his background of a cat burglar really worked.. A huge bonus was the delivery of Michael Peña, Tip “T.I.” Harris. T.I. really can act, and showed his comedic skill in this movie.
It would be hard to carry a superhero title with all comedy. Seeing clips of the “original” Ant-Man fighting covert wars in the 80’s, I started sitting at up in my seat. And when Ant-Man fought an Avenger (I’m trying to limit my spoilers), I thought that might have been the best action in the movie! Of course, the movie has a true antagonist, Corey Stoll played the Yellow Jacket villain predictably but, the action sequences were phenomenal. Ant-Man truly brought you into a “micro world” that Marvel immersed you into and, experiencing this in 3D is truly the best way to watch this movie.
For fans of Marvel, superhero, action and comedy films, you will like this movie. It’s a solid flick from Marvel and won’t disappoint you. Perfect for the family and, Marvel keeps its every growing storyline continuing with the bonus footage past both the credits rolls, so make sure you watch the entire movie.
Rumor has it that Love & Hip Hop’s Nikko is getting evicted from his Atlanta apartment. We guess those VH1 and sex tape checks stopped coming in. As many of you know, rent in Atlanta is actually dirt cheap in comparison to other markets. Could this be karma? All we can think about is the time K. Michelle ridiculed Nikko for having a roommate in Atlanta, as she said rent is only $1000 a month and he splits that.

There are no details about the situation that led to his arrest. Thugger, born Jeffery Lamar Williams, will be transferred to DeKalb County Jail for his court appearance and bond hearing.
“Williams was wanted on an outstanding warrant charging him with terroristic threats stemming from an incident that occurred with the jurisdiction of the Dunwoody police,” said Jim Joyner, a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals.
After a 21-year-old white man who killed nine black people at a historic black church in Charleston, SC in June, was shown to have written a racist manifesto and was seen in pictures waving the Confederate flag with pride, an uproar began about the flag and its historic meaning of hate.
On July 10th, the flag was taken down from South Carolina’s State Capitol in Columbia, SC. AllHipHop recently caught up with Common to get his take on this triumph and he described as a major step in changing race relations for the south.
The Selma actor said that though the removal of the Confederate flag shows progress, police brutality against African Americans is another issue where change is needed.
“Along with taking down the flag we gotta make sure the young people ain’t being killed out there for no reason; just for being black, just for dressing a certain way.”

Williams and Thicke wanted a retrial, but that request was denied by U.S. District Judge John Kronstadt, Billboard reports. Judge Kronstadt also decided that the Gaye family will be given 50 percent of the songwritier and publishing royalties.

(AllHipHop News) New York City Hip Hop has recently undergone a rebirth. This year alone has produced albums from a new generation of NYC emcees including Joey Bada$$, Action Bronson, A$AP Rocky, and Troy Ave.
Some listeners are celebrating the rise of a new crop of New York talent, but others are concerned a few modern acts have abandoned the city’s sound. Brooklyn’s Papoose is one of the New Yorkers that wants to see his fellow emcees stay true to the place they represent.
“When I’m in [Atlanta], I feel like I’m in the A. When I’m on the West Coast, I go get some Roscoe’s, I enjoy that good weather, and I turn on the radio and hear West Coast music. In New York we lost that. Some people who were in positions of power started following. And not just the radio, some of the artists started rapping like they’re from other regions,” Papoose tells AllHipHop.com. “That’s cool. We all have to support each other across the globe, but we can’t lose the foundation of who we are. We still have to support our own.”
Earlier this year, Harlem native A$AP Rocky stated he did not feel there is a distinct sound that defines New York at the moment. Papoose disagrees. The You Can’t Stop Destiny album creator is very adamant that his hometown does have a central voice and style.
“You gotta be versatile. But the foundation of what you are when you’re talking in your interviews, you can’t fake that. These dudes imitate down to the tee. It’s not just about music. It’s everything as a package,” says Pap. “Of course, there’s a New York sound. Bobby Shmurda had a New York sound. When you heard Bobby Shmurda, you heard Brooklyn. He put a little twist to it, but he still had a New York feel. You heard the New York slang. These cats are sounding like they’re straight from somewhere else.”
He adds, “You don’t gotta be super lyrical to have a New York sound, but you can still have that New York feel to it. When somebody from New York hears it or someone from out of town that’s been here, they identify it as, ‘Wow, that’s that New York sh*t.’ There’s always gonna be a New York sound.”
Papoose’s sophomore studio album You Can’t Stop Destiny is scheduled for release on July 17. The project is available for pre-order on iTunes.
(AllHipHop News) Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman’s escape from a Mexican prison has been front page news for the past week. Even Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump addressed the drug lord breaking out of the maximum-security facility.
Surveillance footage of the moments before El Chapo crawled through a mile-long tunnel has been released. In the clip, the head of the Sinaloa Cartel organized crime syndicate can be seen going into the shower area of his cell. He then disappears off camera.
This is not the first time El Chapo has broken out of prison. He also escaped incarceration in 2001 and later arrested in 2014. Guzman was suspected of receiving help from prison authorities in both cases. The Mexican government is offering a $3.8 million reward for information that leads to his arrest.
(AllHipHop News) 50 Cent is known for cracking jokes on his fellow rappers, but the G-Unit boss is not afraid to clown himself as well. After the world found out he has filed for bankruptcy, the Queens representative posted a picture on Instagram making fun of the situation.
Yesterday (July 14), 50 was a guest on ESPN2’s His & Hers. Hosts Michael Smith and Jemele Hill asked Fif about his IG picture.
“If you do it to other people, you can’t take yourself that serious. People love tragedy,” said 50. “It’s like the way they’d put LeBron’s face up after the championship. But you was just rooting for LeBron, right? Because it was feeling like he was gonna win it by himself.”
The producer of the hit Starz program Power would not go into much detail about filing for bankruptcy, but 50 did offer a slick warning to any of his rivals that may want to use the situation to send shots his way.
“I watch people do it, and you let them enjoy themselves for a moment. Then it starts to shift, because they realize [me filing for bankruptcy is] not what they think it is,” added 50. “I just watch to see which one of them says something, because I’m gonna see you in a little bit.”
According to TMZ, Chuon Guen Lee filed a lawsuit against Tyga. Chuon claims she teamed with Tyga to create the Last Kings clothing line in 2013. The YMCMB artist allegedly agreed to promote the brand and get in stocked in Tilly’s.
According to the suit, Tyga did not hold up his end of the agreement, and he took $500,000 worth of apparel. The “Ayo” rhymer then launched another clothing company named Egypt Kings. Chuon is seeking $1.6 million and additional damages from Tyga and his Egypt Kings partner.
A representative for Tyga disputes Lee’s accusations, telling TMZ, “These, like other allegations, are completely false. This was a business relationship that went sour and was ended last year. We learned of the complaint via TMZ and are aware that individuals will continue to attempt to cash in on Tyga’s success.”
(AllHipHop News) With the recent spike of violence in Chicago, the city could use some unity and positive examples. A few of Chitown’s biggest performers could soon be coming together to work on music. Chance The Rapper visited Windy City Live, and the Surf emcee hinted at some huge news involving his hometown.
“[Kanye] is my favorite musician. I look up to him a lot,” said Chance. “We started working very recently and have a lot of cool ideas brewing.”
So does that mean Chance and Ye are collaborating? After first hesitating to confirm he has something officially in the works with the GOOD Music head, Chance looked into the camera and made an announcement.
“Me, Kanye, a lot of Chicago artists, and a lot of dope artists are working on a collaborative effort that will be released tentatively,” Chance declared.
(AllHipHop News) 50 Cent may be filing for bankruptcy, but the New Yorker’s current financial situation does not diminish his accomplishments as a Hip Hop star. Fellow Queens natives Mobb Deep spoke with Montreality about 50’s impact on the rap game.
“I think [50 Cent] totally has a grip on the rap game, and he became super-uber rich off of it. So he already accomplished what he needed to,” said Havoc. “I’m sure that 50 could come to Montreal right now and perform in front of a sold out crowd. I don’t think that’s anything less than a grip. That is a real grip. He’s a superstar. He’s bigger than his music.”
The former G-Unit members were also asked what they feel is the biggest lie in the world. Havoc focused his answer on race relations, and Prodigy agreed with Hav’s statements.
“The biggest lie ever told is that skin color matters. That’s the biggest one of all time,” Havoc stated. “We all have the same heart, same blood. I could give a Jewish person my blood if he needed a transfusion if it matched. We’re all human.”
