(AllHipHopNews) Authorities cut the Electric Zoo festival in New York City short this Labor Day weekend, when two people died and four others were hospitalized after suspected overdoses of “Molly.”
The drug is a more potent form of ecstasy that is popular among teens and concertgoers. Molly inspires in users a heightened sense of euphoria and lowered inhibitions, but also leads to a crash that causes anxiety and depression.
Molly has entered popular culture through liberal mentions in songs, including last year’s####, “All Gold Everything,” by Trinidad James with the memorable lyric, “Popped a Molly/I’m sweatin'”
In addition to the fatal doses in New York, one person has died from a Molly overdose in Boston, and there have also been two non-fatal overdoses. Police believe that there is a bad batch of Molly circulating around the east coast.
Boston police superintendent, William Evans warns people who may take the drug to “immediately call an ambulance,” if they start feeling ill.
(AllHipHop News) When Meek Mill said he was “going at everybody’s heads” on the upcoming Dreamchasers 3 intro, it was widely speculated that Kendrick Lamar would be one of those “heads”. Meek Mill answered all the rumors with one tweet from his personal Twitter account confirming that he will address Kendrick saying he wanted to “murder” Meek Mill and the rest of the competition on his “Control” verse.
Ima catch Kendrick on da intro I ain’t forget! Lol

Meek is set to drop his highly anticipated(and delayed) Dreamchasers 3 on September 20th.
Check out an in-studio performance of Meek Mill and Kendrick Lamar’s “A1 Everything” off Meek’s Dreamchasers 2:
This has been a pretty dry week with fairly lame rumors so here is another one. I didn’t cover it, but everybody made this huge deal over Robin Thicke secretly copping a feel on this chick Lana Scolaro. Basically, they took a pic on Instagram and, in a twisted piece of fate, there was a mirror behind them. In the mirror you can see Thicke’s hand all up in her butt. He took it a step past palming it. He was getting a huge feel, all the whist looking normal for the camera. Well, even though I didn’t talk about it, people are. So, Paula Patton, Thicky’s wife had something to say about it.
So, the chick Lara is doing a number of interviews, where she is seemingly throwing Thicke under the bus. To Life and Style she said, “I don’t think he cared what [Paula] thought, I was with him the whole night! His hands were everywhere. I went to the bathroom, and when I came out he was standing there. He turned off the lights so no one could see us, and he started making out with me. He was grabbing me. He was like, ‘I want to get you into bed!'” She sang a totally different tune in a recent radio interview, basically dismissing the whole thing. Click here for that interview with the chick, Lana.
In a statement, Paula denied that her spouse cheated.

I think he should just g#### Paula.

Greetings and Solutions my doers of great deeds! Welcome to the beginning of the rest of your life! Today’s Daily Word is dedicated to hushing up and getting to work! Please excuse my frankness but today has to be the day that we say enough is enough! Nobody really cares about what you are about to do! It is of no consequence how grand your dreams are, if you are not willing to execute them! We often spend so much time talking about what we’re going to make happen that we wind up not doing much! We have these million dollar plans that if done correctly would probably be worth more but because we stop at just the verbal act of explaining, the plan winds up being worth nothing! Stop Talking and Start Doing! When was the last time you announce you were taking a shower? When did you make a big deal about brushing your teeth? You make think I am being trivial but the fact still remains that what is understood doesn’t have to be explain! Your hygiene is an automatic part of your life (I hope), The same should go for your success! The next time you have a grand plan of action instead of telling the world just hush up and get to work! NOTHING CAN STOP YOU BUT YOU! P.S. I love you 🙂

Now, I ain’t heard the name Plies in a minute and he’s had his moments of controversy. BUT, I’m not one to speak on it, because he is the epic winner of the day! Why? The damn dude went and got a Trayvon Martin pennant for his gold chain. That’s pretty dope. I hope he also gave the family some money so that they can continue to fight Zimmerman in civil court.

(AllHipHop News) After speculation about a tracklist for his album began circulating the net yesterday, YMCMB rapper Drake released the real tracklist for his upcoming third studio album Nothing Was The Same last night.
The LP will include the previously released singles “Started From the Bottom” and “Hold On, We’re Going Home.” It will also include the song “Pound Cake” featuring Jay Z and another track titled “Wu-Tang Forever.”
[ALSO READ: Drake and 40 Talk About Tracks Off ‘Nothing Was The Same’]
The tracklist also reveals a feature from Detail on “305 To My City,” but it does not show a feature with Lil Wayne like had been previously reported. The song “Connect” was said to include a contribution from Wayne, so it is still unclear if the Young Money boss will still be appearing on the album and just not listed.

Nothing Was The Same is scheduled for release on September 24th. Check out the standard and deluxe tracklistings for Nothing Was The Same below.
(AllHipHop News) Kanye West’s much publicized performance at the wedding of Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s grandson is being criticized on multiple fronts.
In a post on the Human Rights Foundation’s website, the organization’s president Thor Halvorssen says West would be imprisoned for expressing his freedom of speech if he lived in the central Asian country. Halvorssen refers to Kazakhstan as a “human rights wasteland.”
The former Soviet republic has been admonished by human rights groups for lack of a free press, restrictions on political expression, and a corrupt judiciary. Nazarbayev was elected in 2011 with 95.5% of the vote leading international observers to question the democratic reforms the nation agreed to enact.
HRF’s chairman, Garry Kasparov, also charges that the reported $3 million dollars West received for his private show was taken from Kazakhstan’s treasury. Kasparov nor the Human Rights Foundation provide any evidence that was the case.
While acknowledging West’s previous work in international human rights, the HRF compares West’s decision to play Nazarbayev’s event to Jennifer Lopez’s heavily criticized choice to perform for the president of Turkmenistan earlier this year. The Human Rights Foundation is asking the public to “hold them accountable.”
Bill O’Reilly also took aim at Kanye on his Fox News program suggesting that the Chicago rapper should perform for Syrian President Bashar Assad next.
Kanye West has yet to comment publicly on the matter.

The new album by Drake is on the horizon and the anticipation is killing soft fan boys all over! But, they may just have a treat indeed! Why? because there is a track listing in full rotation on the internet. One song appears twice so I’m not sure if this is official. Also, seeing a song called “Wu Tang Forever” is strange, yet oddly intriguing.
Without delay, I present it to you below!

RELATED: Hip-Hop Rumors: [PIC] Beanie Sigel In Jail!

Every rapper in jail is probably trying to get out of jail. BUT, there aren’t too many rappers on death row and trying to get out of jail. This list is very short. But, I got hit with a rumor about a rapper a lot of you don’t even know who they are. But, there is a dude by the name of Cool C. He’s infamously known as a Philly rapper that murdered a Black female police officer in a bank robbery gone bad. Cool C has maintained his innocence since this all happened in January of 1996! Just for your records, here is the Wiki on Cool C:
On January 2, 1996, during the same time period that he was recording a comeback EP,[2] Roney, along with C.E.B. band mate McGlone (a.k.a. Steady B), and another local Philadelphia rapper, Mark Canty, attempted a bank robbery at a PNC bank branch in Philadelphia. During the botched heist, Roney shot and killed Philadelphia Police Officer Lauretha Vaird, who responded to the bank’s silent alarm.[3][4] As he exited the bank, Roney exchanged fire with another police officer, before he and Canty dropped their weapons at the scene and fled in a stolen minivan driven by McGlone.
Vaird, an African-American woman and the single mother of two children, was the first female Philadelphia Police officer killed in the line of duty.

SO…I am hearing that Cool C is still trying to get the hell up out of jail with a gangster a$$ lawyer. How he continues to pay is hard to comprehend, but that’s the word. The crazy thing is that he was sentenced to straight up DEATH in 2006, 10 years after the murder. Now, its pushing another 10 years to inject Cool C with a lethal dose of poison? I think something fishy is going on. Me may have a great lawyer or maybe Cool C is just another cog in the machine of the industrial prison system. I don’t know, but he is trying to get the fluck off death row. I don’t see it happening.
Damn, I just realized…I wrote about this a year ago. Ain’t a damn thing changed.
