Emmanuel Palanco: Principal By Day, Gangsta Rapper By Night

(AllHipHop News) The students, and staff at Junior High School 80 in Bronx, NY know Emmanuel Palanco as Principal. To the land of YouTube he is Hispanic rapper, El Siki.

The 30-year-old Bronx resident has riled up parents of students with his sexually charged rap lyrics and music videos, specifically his “Me Tele” video which is now private.

In the video,  the Principal of 652 students is seen drinking alcohol with scantily clad women and even is shown in bed with a blonde woman in nothing but lingerie:

A few of the translated lyrics read out as “Come here, press against me. I’m giving up control, you go crazy. Don’t stop, more, let’s make love.”

Parental outcry has been plentiful and ordering for punitive actions for the artist formerly known as El Siki.

“‘Someone has to hold this guy accountable,” Cecilia Donovan, mother of 12-year-old JHS 80 student Ciara Donovan told Daily News “It’s ridiculous what he’s doing there.”

There is no official information on when the videos were shot, however photos from the Metele video shoot were posted on music director Hanse Balbuena’s myspace page.

Myspace began in August of 2003 and Mr. Palanco has been working for the public school system since 2003.

Department of Education spokeswoman Connie Pankratz  assures there is an investigation commencing on Palanco’s rap alter ego.

George Clinton Hosting News Conference for #Flashlight2013 Campaign to Fight for Unpaid Royalties

(AllHipHop News) Today (February 12) George “P-Funk” Clinton is hosting a press conference for international media, music executives and government officials for his #Flashlight2013 camapaign.

The news conference, which is set for 5:00 pm in Manhattan at BB King’s in Manhattan, will address the ongoing battle for unpaid royalties against Armen Boladian, owner of Bridgeport Music.

P-Funk is one of a group artists who are involved in an ongoing dispute with Boladian, and Bridgeport Music.

The artists claim Bridgeport has withheld important financial records and evidence that George Clinton believes will show Boladian has not been forthcoming in his royalty payments to artists associated with the company.

Clinton, who was once friends with Boladin, told Action 7 News in Detroit that he and Boladian were business partners initially, but now Boladian is taking money away from family members and band mates that helped make the music

“Yeah, I was partners with him…it was supposed to be fifty-fifty,” Clinton told Action 7 News.

“They look to me because that was my publishing company,” Clinton said of his band mates and family members. “Not only my family, my immediate family, but the band members.”

Having been one of the most sampled artists in Hip-Hop’s history to date, George Clinton estimates that he has been sampled between 300-400 times and has yet to receive royalties on many of the songs recorded and later sampled as the front man of Parliament/Funkadelic.

Many Hip-Hop fans will recall Parliament, Funkadelic and P Funk’s music being sampled in the works of Snoop Dogg, Dre, DPG, Warren G, and many other West-Coast artists from the G-Funk era of the 1990’s.

One anonymous attorney, who works in the music industry, gave 7 Action News more than 200 names of artists, or their surviving relatives, who are owed approximately $4.7 million in royalties.

“I ain’t crying because I lived my life, did what I did, but it’s still mine. I still wrote what I wrote, and I’m going to fight for that,” Clinton added.

Clinton started promoting the #Flashlight2013 campaign with a t-shirt he wore while performing with Kid Rock at Ford Field in Detroit last Thanksgiving Day.

While Clinton is seeking money that he is personally owed, he also stated that he would like to have greater impact on the heavily debated issues of intellectual property rights and copyrighted materials.

“I (George Clinton) want to be known as the man who brought to the attention of America the copyright issues. That’s what I would like my legacy to be, to have turned people on to the fact that they need to fight for their rights to their music. You have to fight a lot of people for your music. You have to fight the copyright companies, like BMI. You have to fight these record companies because they really want to take it all. Right now, it’s time for people to start getting their music back. From about 1978 to 2013 is the timeframe from which you’re allowed to start getting your music, made back then, returned to you. 2013, ….this will be the first time a lot of people are going to get their music back and I’m going to help them!”

Hip-Hop Rumors: OJ Simpson Is GAY? Tahiry Responds To The Rumors

AW HELL NO!

They saying that OJ Simpson has turned gay in jail! That gives new meaning to his nickname “The Juice.” FOH!

“The Man” got another brother! Here is what the National Enquirer is saying!

Incredibly, Simpson puts on a one-man show for fellow inmates when they go to exercise. “He’s like a God to the other inmates,” said the insider. “He prances around flexing his muscles, wearing only a pair of gym shorts.

“He spends hours in the gym trying to look as good as those guys in the muscle magazines. He works out with several inmates who are really built.”

Perhaps the biggest tip-off that O.J. may now be playing for the other side is his choice of prison companions, according to the source. He says the former ladies’ man hangs out with a group of openly homosexual men known as “The Girls.”

“WHENEVER HE’S LET out into the prison yard, he stays with them,” revealed the insider. “He says, ‘The Girls treat me like I was a king!’

“He claims they flirt with him and even give him massages. Some even call him ‘DJ’ – short for ‘Daddy Juice.’ ”

O.J. has used “The Girls” as his personal posse for years now, added the insider.

“He says he has even gifted a few of the ‘girls’ with candy bars, sodas and toiletries from the prison canteen,” continued the insider. “I’ve asked O.J. why he doesn’t talk about women anymore, but he just laughs it off. He says, ‘Man, what do you think I am? You’ve known me for many years. C’mon, get off all this. There ain’t no women in here! Of course I talk about guys. We’re all guys in here.’

He gonna need a different kind of glove now!

Justin Timberlake Speaks On Relationship With Timbaland; Touring with Jay-Z?

(AllHipHop News) Frequent collaborators Justin Timberlake and Timbaland have made some great music together. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone’s Grammy Camp, Justin explains why the union between the pop singer and the Hip-Hop producer works so well.

“My relationship with Tim is a relationship that I have with nobody else in the world. We’re like brothers, really,” says Timberlake. “You have friends like that, friends you don’t have to say much to, but you know they just get who you are. That’s the relationship I have with Tim, where we go in the studio and kind of don’t even speak to each other.”

Justin’s upcoming comeback album The 20/20 Experience will heavily feature production by Timbaland. The first single off the LP, “Suit & Tie” featuring Jay-Z, was a Timbo project as well the new track “Mirrors” that was just released this week.

“The Two Tim’s” prior collaborations produced the critically acclaimed FutureSex/Love Sounds. The four times platinum album featured Hip-Hop artists T.I. and Three 6 Mafia, and a remix to “Until The End Of Time” had added vocals from Beyoncé.

Even though this will be Timberlake’s first album in seven years, he’s confident the work he’s done with Timbaland for 20/20 will be a reflection of their great musical chemistry.

“We encapsulated ourselves in the studio and I didn’t tell anybody. I was just like, ‘Let’s make some music without all the hoopla of, like expectations. Let’s just make something that feels genuine from us.’ And I’m glad we were able to do that way because, for me, it’s the best stuff I’ve ever done.”

Timberland is the only hip-hop legend JT calls a friend. After performing together at the Grammys rumors are swirling around that Timberlake and Jay-Z will hit the road together for a 10-city stadium tour.

The 20/20 Experience is scheduled for release on March 19th.
