Recently, Allhiphop profiled “Power of P*ssy” a new web series/documentary touching on the lives of the strippers. Exotic dancers has long been an inspiration to rappers. The best songs have been conceived after a night of making it rain in the strip club.  So AllHipHop.com decided to highlight some of Hip-Hop’s favorites dancers.

20130116-170051.jpgMaliah has been romantically linked to artists such as Drake and Sean Kingston catching their attention as a dancer at Miami’s King of Diamonds. In addition to being immortalized in song, Maliah has appeared in videos for Drake, Trey Songz, Pitbull and Fabolous. Now, the in demand dancer and video vixen travels the country sharing her acrobatic talents to gentlemen who make it rain. If you are in Houston, TX swing by Dream, where she is a featured dancer.

20130116-165220.jpgAmber Rose made headlines first as the blonde bombshell seen alongside Yeezy. Soon after that her new fans found out what her old ones already knew, she was a stripper. And even at the tender age of 15, it’s been reported. To this day she’s loved for her sexy image and care free attitude.

20130116-165232.jpgBefore she became Tyga’s girl/baby mama, Blac Chyna was a stage performer at King of Diamonds. Know for her ample backside and dimple piercings, this newly crowned MILF has hung up the heels and is living the domesticated life. If you still need a fix check out her site BlacChyna.com, which she updates frequently.

The20130116-165811.jpgse days you can see her on “Basketball Wives : LA,” but Draya was  in the spotlight well before that. Most notably, she was linked to Chris Brown. She’s made no secret about her dancing past. In fact, she’s given a lesson or two to her BWLA co-stars on how to work the pole and make it pop. Got to love a girl that celebrates where she’s come from.

Who knows who the next favorites will be to take center stage….

Bernard Hopkins Talks Boxing with Sway; Returns to the Ring March 9th at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center

Bernard Hopkins makes his return to the ring in Brooklyn, NY on March 9th of this year. As a way to pay homage to the Notorious B.I.G., Hopkins looks to give the Barclays Center an official boxing christening on the 16 year anniversary of Biggie’s passing.

At the age of 48 Hopkins is one of the oldest boxers to step in the ring, and as a minority owner in Oscar de la Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions, Bernard steps inside the ropes for the first time since the controversial loss against Chad Dawson when he hurt his shoulder and lost his WBC Light Heavyweight title. But, after an appeal it was ruled that Dawson intentionally hurt Hopkins and the belt was rightfully returned to Hopkins.

Now Hopkins steps back in the ring versus the renowned knockout puncher, Tavoris Cloud who has knocked out 19 of his 24 opponents. Either way it should be an interesting fight as Hopkins brings his 52 Wins (34 knockouts, 18 decisions), 6 Losses, 2 Draws, 2 No Contest record to vie for a win for the first time in over a year.

Rush Limbaugh Defends Rapper Shawty Lo; Blasts Oxygen For Canceling “All My Babies’ Mamas”

(AllHipHop News) Right wing talk show host Rush Limbaugh has come to the defense of rapper Shawty Lo, after his controversial show “All My Babies’ Mamas” was canceled by the Oxygen TV.

Rush Limbaugh “All My Babies’ Mamas,” claiming that the “morality police” were at work, for attempting to define what a “normal” family unit is in the United States.

“The morality police, the old fuddy-duddies got in gear. The show was simply gonna say what it is in terms of this lifestyle and just gonna tell everybody what it is,” Rush Limbaugh said on his talk show today.

“Is it any wonder that the star of a show that happens to be black and has the show pulled out from under him?” Limbaugh asked. “Well, I know none of those kids are more important than the president’s kids, but they’re important to Shawty.”

After flip-flopping on a final decision, Oxygen TV decided to pull the plug on the show on Tuesday (January 15), due to pressure from various rights organizations.

“As part of our development process, we have reviewed casting and decided not to move forward with the special,” spokesperson told MTV News in a statement on Tuesday (January 15). “We will continue to develop compelling content that resonates with our young female viewers and drives the cultural conversation.”.

ColorofChange.org released a statement praising Oxygen TV’s decision to cancel “All My Babies’ Mamas,” after a petition protesting the show garnered more than 40,000 signatures.

“We thank Oxygen Media for taking this important step. The tremendous response from over 40,000 ColorOfChange.org members, coupled with national outrage from Black folks, sent a clear message that exploitative television shows like ‘All My Babies’ Mamas’ are unacceptable,” the organization said in a statement.

Rush Limbaugh defended Shawty Lo’s family and blasted ColorOfChange.org for the insulting the rapper’s family structure.

“So we were going to expand the definition of a family to include whatever people wanted it to be,” Rush Limbaugh fumed. “Shawty just sharing the love. Shawty just sharing all of his love with ten women and 11 babies. It was a show of love and devotion, how Shawty provides for all, and it’s being ripped right out from under him. I mean, who says that this is a marginalized existence?”

50 Cent Beats Copyright Claim Against “Before I Self Destruct” Album and Movie

(AllHipHop News) Famed rapper 50 Cent has beat a copyright infringement case that claimed he took pieces of a New Jersey man’s story and made it his own.

According to the Wall Street Journal, a man named Shadrach Winstead, who wrote about growing up on the streets of Newark, claimed that 50 Cent stole his story for his CD and accompanying movie Before I Self Destruct.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and his label moved to dismiss the complaint, stating the copyright infringement claim failed because Winstead’s book and Jackson’s album and film are not substantially similar.

Winstead accused 50 Cent of taking passages, themes and story-lines from his book The Preachers Son- But the Streets Turned Me into a Gangster.

In contention were the phrases “get the dope, cut this dope,” “let’s keep it popping,” and “the strong takes from the weak, but the smart takes from everybody.” found in Winstead’s book.

According to the court, it was merely irony that they were similar to the 50 Cent song which included the lyrics, “get the dope, cut the dope, get the dope,” “let’s get it popping,” “the strong sit down, but the weak work for me.”

“They are either common in general or common with respect to hip hop culture, and do not enjoy copyright protection. The average person reading or listening to these phrases in the context of an overall story or song would not regard them as unique and protectable,” said the appeal panel in a statement.

The court also shot down the idea that 50 Cent stole the plot from Winstead.

Despite the fact that 50 Cent won the lawsuit, Winstead’s lawyer is still in opposition to the verdict.

“What I find controversial is the Third Circuit’s adoption of Judge [Stanley] Chesler’s conclusion that there is one rule of law applicable to inner-city phrases and street language, and a different rule for language and phrases used by white people in the suburbs,” Winstead’s lawyer said.

The ensuing back and forth between the two performers, who both sing and rap on their records, got heated – with insulting tweets, diss tracks, and even, famous gossip blogger, Perez Hilton jumping in. The feud later caused a mini controversy for Banks after she sent homophobic remarks Hilton.

But now, it appears Haze is attempting to quiet down the situation and bring focus back to her music.
