(AllHipHop Music) Herb drops “Hood Legends “ he reflects on street stories and the friends he lost to the streets. He samples a Bone Thugs n Harmony classic, “Crossroads. This a song you really have to listen to. Herb doesn’t express through an extremely lyrical format, he just rides with the beat while reminiscing on the past. He makes reference as I told my “N##gas live for me, don’t die for me” and I’m 22 and know too many ni##as on obituaries.” This record is slightly dark, Herb gives his audience a outlook on his and the people around him mindset through trials and tribulations in the streets. Fans may not enjoy this record because it’s not turnt or very lyrical.
