Signing under Dr. Luke on RCA Records in 2014, singer-songwriter duo properly known as R. City has continued to pad their track record, and most recently caught a strong buzz with “Locked Away” with Adam Levine, as well as a remix of the single with Lil Wayne. Today, the pair is back, but they’re not offering up any completely original material. Instead, R. City opts to swipe the “Panda” instrumental from the freshly inked G.O.O.D. Music signee, Desiigner, and turn it into something of their own.
