(AllHipHop News) Logic has been one of the most successful rap stars over the last year. The Def Jam recording artist released two #1 projects and earned two Grammy nominations.

It appears the “1-800-273-8255” performer is still dealing with being fully acknowledged by the Hip Hop community. During an interview with Hard Knock TV, Logic expressed his feelings about getting properly recognized.

“I dropped ’44 More’ and seven days go by and everybody’s like, ‘This is fire. This is one of the best Logic songs ever,'” said the Maryland native. “Then I drop ‘Everyday’ and then a bunch of people are like, ‘He fell off. It’s over. I want the old Logic back.’ I’m like, ‘Old Logic, motherf-cker? What? From seven days ago?'”

He added, “I mean Hip Hop acceptance and all that, man, f-ck it. That’s just where I’m at, and it’s the best thing ever. No matter who you are, where you are, you want to be loved and accepted. Not everyone’s gonna love you, not everyone’s gonna accept you. I don’t make music for Hip Hop. I make music for my fans.”

Logic went on to say he and his fans love Hip Hop music. But he also stated, “I used to have this thing in my head where I wanted to make music for the culture. And I was like, ‘What is the culture? I don’t even know what that means.'”
