Tekashi 6ix9ine Sentencing Date Set For December

Tekashi 69’s testimony helped convict two feared members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. A judge will deliver his sentence in December.

(AllHipHop News) Rap star Tekashi 6ix9ine could be a free man before the end of the year.

A judge will give the rapper his sentence on December 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM.

The rapper’s lawyers asked for expedited sentencing after 6ix9ine cooperated with the government in a RICO case against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

The rapper pleaded guilty to various counts including gun possession and drug dealing in the RICO conspiracy case, and he decided to assist the Feds to get a reduced sentence.

6ix9ine’s testimony helped secure the conviction of Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison and nearly a dozen other members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

Tekashi 6ix9ine testified against both men for three days during the trial, which lasted almost two weeks.

Ultimately, Mack was convicted of drug-dealing and Ellison was convicted of kidnapping Tekashi 6ix9ine.

Nine Trey’s alleged “Godfather” Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones pleaded guilty to drug dealing and will be sentenced on October 17th, while the gang’s #2 man Kifano “Shotti” Jordan is appealing his 15-year sentence.
