DigDat appeared in court earlier this week charged with the attempted murder of a man in November last year.

Drill rapper DigDat has reportedly been arrested for attempted murder and other firearms offenses.

The South London-based artist also faces multiple firearms charges. He is accused of attempting to kill a man in West London on November 20, 2023, per British outlet This Is Local London.

The outlet reports DigDat, real name Nathan Tokosi, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court earlier this week (February 19).

DigDat is charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life/enable another to do so. In addition, he is accused of possessing three 9mm Parabellum caliber bullets.

Official details surrounding the case are scarce, but DigDat’s rumored victim is a rival rapper from drill collective CGM, Striker. In a video from December, Striker recounts his experience of being shot eight times on November 20, 2023, although he does not name the alleged gunman.

In another video, Striker is seen dancing in the hospital following the incident.

DigDat who began making waves in the U.K. drill scene following hit breakout hit “Air Force” is no stranger to legal issues and has reportedly had multiple stints behind bars. Meanwhile, the Deptford native’s fellow CMG artist Digga D was arrested following a police raid in the early hours of Monday morning. He took to Instagram Live to capture the raid as cops attempted to gain entry to his home.

According to Daily Mail, police confirmed Digga D “was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs. He remains in custody.”
